I lucked out tonight. I was watching the hour for the first time in a few days, and there was Chris talking about Parachutes. It was another little promo clip for the Friday special. You can see it for the next day here: http://www.cbc.ca/thehour/content/wholeshow.html just a little before the halfway mark. It was after Mike Holmes and before James Frey. I wonder if they'll show any more new clips over the next couple of days? I'm thinking probably.

I really think that building is too big for how the bakery has been described. But who knows. While people are in a google mood, did you know if you search for Violet Hill, London, UK in maps it takes you right to it? Pretty place too- I really want to know what that courtyard/park thing is. And ironically, it's just a few blocks away from Warwick Avenue. That cracked me up, since they're both big singles at the moment.

Squeee! :D :dance: Chris's vocal coach is sure right about the low thing... :stunned: I love how they can use just a rinkydink keyboard with a cheesy clicky beat and a guitar and yet make it sound so heavenly. Most people do that and it still sounds cheesy because of the clicky keyboard beat.

Agreed. And the listening parties, as great as they are for preventing leaks, don't lend themselves to songs that are growers getting enough attention and respect. Remember, every time we get a new song, most of us listen over and over and over.

^^It's a ridiculous joke. That's the point. From what I understand of the movie (which I haven't seen- can't stand that kind of humor) it was all meant in good lighthearted (if intentionally non-pc) fun. Pity there are idiots out there who don't get that.

I was thinking that too... it has the same sort of feeling to it as sleeping sun. And since that was my favorite song of all X&Y, I can't say I'm disappointed. :cool:

It's Death and All His Friends... they printed the lyrics in the GA song in Q as being DAAHF. I think the show just cut off the part of the lyrics people quote the most in other reviews.
