I haven't been to many concerts, and the best was certainly Coldplay, but I really enjoyed the Broken Social Scene concert I saw. There are so many of them that there are always lots of things happening on stage.

Debs has been saying it would be out soon for about 2 weeks or more. I wouldn't be surprised if the edit had something to do with the whole Nelly Furtado debacle. Maybe they had to take a little bit about recording that out or something.

Alot of Lost fans (myself included) resented the moment Michelle Rodrigez came on the show. I think they weren't so worried about letting her go... the character wasn't turning out the way they expected.

What I want to know is did Michael let Henry go because the others sent him to do it, or did he let him go to make sure that the fusies got angry and went after the others? :thinking: Wow... when these people want to kill characters off, they REALLY kill them off... :sick: :o

I think it's part of this giant "web maze" that you have to be some sort of computer genious to crack... they launch alot of websites for phoney corporations and people who don't exist, but this is the first time it's leaked onto tv.

I've got a question for the UK kids... during one of the episodes recently, was there an ad for "The Hanso Foundation"? Did anyone call the number? We just had one over here, but I was told that there was one in the UK too... very strange stuff...:stunned:

Nothing on the scale of New Orleans, but I went through a nasty killer hurricaine here afew years ago. Hurricaine Juan was supposed to fizzle out before it hit the province, just like hurricaines alwas do this far north, but instead it got stronger. I heard it turned out to be a strong category 2 or a weak category 3. It was traumatic. We lost a ton of shingles off our roof, and several of the trees in our yard blew down. The power was out for days. The city was barely recognizable so many trees had fallen down ripping up sidewalks, tearing down powerlines, and squashing cars and houses on the way. One fell on our shed. I really don't see how people further south go through these every year. Once in a lifetime was more than enough.

I'm curious about the (genuine) song writing process, especially where Clocks is my favorite song. I didn't even notice the bit until the umpteenth time I listened to the song, so it's not like its obvious.

Re: Ron Sexsmith, from what I can find, when he did Gold in Them Hills, he was with a Canadian label called Nettwerk. Nelly Furtado is with Universal, so she's more of a threat to EMI's market share or some such stupid thing like that... grrr.... stupid music politics... makes me ill to listen to anything...

Awesome bag! :D On another random note, one of my all-time favorite tv shows is this weird psychological thing from the 60s called "The Prisoner". It's about a retired spy who is kidnapped and taken to a mysterious place called "the village". I was watching it not long ago, and noticed that all the signs in the village were all written in a very distinctive, familiar font. I couldn't figure out where else I had seen it. I looked it up on the web, and it was a modified Albertus! :stunned: The Coldplay font!
