Bands change. It happens. They haven't changed much at all in terms of THEMSELVES. I do think they were feeling some of the "rockstar powere" with X&Y, but I think it's since kicked them in the butts. All they want is to go into their OWN studio with just THEM and sit down and pound out some songs in a broom cupboard somewhere. They've kind of made that clear in recent interviews. There's alot riding on the fourth album now. Especially for me anyways.

^ I like your signature... mainly because Chris is actually wearing some cool shoes. :lol: Anywho... it would interesting to get the whole Coldplay community in on it, but me, Danielle and Nadia were all talking about this tonight and we;re not sure if it could work or how. Ian's a bit concerned with "Coldplaying" being in the title of the club and it getting outside exposure. We can look into it and maybe start a whole bridge across to the official forum. The Paypal account is being set up tonight and Nadia is going to give me some more info on it later. She is probably going to be the one to receive letters and updates and things if we sponser a child. She has a scanner and has said that se'll scan everything that she gets for us. We also stumbled across another interesting organization that is probaly worth our attention. http://www.campaignforeducationusa.org/default.asp It's the Global Campaign for Education. Besides just aid with food, water and shelter, people in dire need also should be receiveing educations to prevent the perpetualization of poverty and the cancelling out of precious aid. It's much like Fair Trade that way. There is an activity we can all do about making a poster or a cut-out of a friend and sending it to DC to be displayed before government officials. Me and the girls were thinking that it may be a great thing to do. Also, I've been given permission to create an Lj community to keep things a bit more organized and coherant. I'll probably be getting around to that Tuesday. I have nothing but tests, projects, papers and work until then. :angry: :lol: More details plus more announcements about these developments will come later on. But for now, I'm going to sleep. No prob! I was also thinking that, if sounds good to you guys, I could make and design a super cool LJ for CCC. that way we can have our own unofficial website type thing. We could post stories and E-mails we receive from organizations, promotional type things, and anything else that meets our fancy. It could be a sort of centeral meeting place and be a bit more organized. Of course, if Ian grants us our own little niche on Coldplaying, we can always have those as well, but I think it's always nice to have a community on LJ. It's cohesive and will keep people and things together. :) Just let me know! Also, when I have time, I'm going to make a master document file on my harddrive, archiving and documenting all that's developed so far, future plans and will update it regularly just to keep things down! :D Cheers!
