Definitely a keeper! I was given the video - soundsl like the UK dvd was worth waiting for. I've been on diets all my life and got really nice 'n' slim at times. Now, however, diets don't seem to work anymore, only starvation, and I don't wanna do that. So here I am, au naturel :P I eat veggie and healthy and drink lots of wine :D and I'm staying about the same weight all the time, so that must be good, even though it's a lot heavier than I'd like to be. :/
