Medicine will at least make sure you have a steady-ish source of income, whereas taking a musical direction is more unstable. It depends what you want to do - have money and be able to support your smaller hobby, or potentially be a bit more broke and follow your ambition.

I need new earphones myself... I had a good pair and a breaking pair of Apple ones, somehow I mysteriously now only have the totally broken ones. I remember chucking out some really nice Sony earphones cus I thought they weren't working, when it was really the earphone jack that was broken. Rather devastating.

My vote is 'no thanks'. A 'Tis an Australian show based in America, so bad luck for ye others. From ads on TV, they are set to perform something or other.
