Nah, I think they disbanded. Their last album came out after one of the original members died (in 2005), and I don't think they've replaced him (he was on the last album.) They have 9 studio albums, though, so I'm happy. :D

I hope they take a year off to perfect their album. I'd hate to get a rushed or weak album.

I've just recently started getting into the albums pre-Grave Dancer's Union, and I must say, they sound really good too. Their 80s material is just as good as the 90s material, IMO. I've heard the EP (and the leaked songs that were recorded around that time), and they sound pretty good. I've always loved Third Eye Blind, and I'm really glad they're still making music. :D

Dude, it's at a reduced price. It's not a full album, so they're not charging for a full album. Why shouldn't you pay to hear music you haven't heard before, or support a favorite band? Coldplay have to support themselves. If it bothers you that much, just download it illegally.

Social functioning is the key word here. I think it explains a lot - why he doesn't surround himself with people, why he tends to not give interviews or seems nervous in public. He could have social anxiety or some other disorder, too; in fact, it's probably likely.

Good news! Let's hope they record a new album, too.
