I think it'll be their most artistically meritorious and definitely a lot better than I expected. I don't have a problem with ASFOS either because it sounds epic! The studio version is going to please a lot of people I'm sure. I wouldn't say its their top album though. AROBTTH still holds that position.

Holy shit that was epic! And the ending was the best part I'm guessing its from Ocean's video. Jesus I'm so excited after hearing Oceans and parts of AIMH studio version on the ane lowe show. Something tells me this might just be one of their best albums yet!

My thoughts exactly. This is better than I ever expected and its a breathtaking song. Best song from the album for me so far. I can understand that some may find it boring, but this is exactly the Coldplay I fell in love it. The strings + Jonny's wondrous guitar + Chris on the acoustic and his falsetto = PERFECTION!

Well we've only heard two tracks from the album so far (we don't know how the tracks played live will sound in the album) but so far I think it'll be pretty good. I'm not expecting to be blown away though. Whoah lets not get too carried away! I absolutely love Midnight and Magic but...

Same here! I'm thrilled about the news. I've actually always wondered if they could maybe work together someday or if the band would record in his studio.

Now that the initial excitement is over I think its just okay. Don't find it particularly interesting. Still prefer their older videos. But then again I'm not in the whole exciting epic disney gaga adventure video camp. Believe it or not I find Don't Panic and In My Place or GPASUYF much more beautiful! Midnight was very good though so I still have hopes for the future videos. Are you being sarcastic?!

I'm exhilarated by this! Following the grievance caused by the terrible news I'm just longing to see the band perform.

I think for us its important to focus on the positives here. For startes she didn't become the Yoko Ono of Coldplay. And secondly what the separation means now is Chris will return home and spend all his time where the rest of the band are. Plus he can distance himself from some of the people he has associated with so all in all we may witness a Chris Martin of the year 2001 again!
