This is M.M.I.X? Intro of ETIAW ( from HOF 2011 Festival)
I definitely think you're on to something with the ETIAW live intro. If it has a seamless intro from Us Against The World I might just learn to love ETIAW because of the way it's placed in the context of the album.

Great Cover Version
I'd like the studio version to sound like that, except with cleaner vocals in the chorus.

Final of UATW
^This. The ending of Us Against The World will merge into MMIX. I think that AHT is more of an intro to DLIBYH than an outro to Up In Flames because of the way it's been described as A Hopeful Transmission/Don't Let It Break Your Heart in some interviews.

Ok so whats the joke?
Will had nothing to sit on, so Chris and Will laughed and had to recompose themselves. It's like what happened at Glastonbury when Will sang the wrong lyric and they started laughing. I love it when stuff like that happens, it's always a touching moment, especially with an intimate song like Us Against The World.

Rihanna can sod off
I really like this version, I didn't like Eminem's version at all. His voice annoys me, I can't listen to him for over 10 seconds without feeling sick. It has the same chord progression as The Scientist. I think it might be in a different key but it's essentially the same.

Instrumental Studio Version on Letterman
It sounds great. I prefer it to the live version even, it's cleaner.

The back of Chris' shirt at ACL: "CAR KIDS"
I can understand people being excited about MX, but endlessness talking about something you know absolutely nothing about is not only illogical, but annoying and ultimately pointless. At least that coldplayer guy was mildly amusing due to him obviously being a troll. There's precisely nothing positive to gain from constantly reading posts about the same thing over and over again followed by an unnecessary number of exclamation marks.

Predict your rating for Mylo Xyloto
Parachutes: 8 AROBTTH: 9.5 X&Y: 5.5 Viva: 8 For MX I'm predicting a 7. There's no way it'll top A Rush of Blood, but I think it'll be better than X&Y despite the fact that I've been extremely disappointed with the singles so far. HLH, CB, UATW an even Up In Flames are better than the majority of X&Y from what I've heard.

Mylo Xyloto: 44.09 mins long? Songs time here.
There will be no hidden tracks. Not a chance. 14 tracks is pushing the boundaries as it is, how can anybody think they'll add even more songs? I guess some people are still incapable of understanding that an album isn't just a random selection of songs, each song that is placed on it has a reason to be there. For example, some of the b-sides were a lot better than A Whisper on AROBTTH, but they just didn't fit it with the rest of the album. A Whisper was perfect between tracks 8 and 10 and made the album interesting. Although tracks like I Ran Away are technically better, when placed in the context of the album it wouldn't work. It's the same concept here. You can't just cram in a load of songs anywhere just for the sake of having more material, it would decrease the quality of the album significantly.

playback on letterman
The robot voice in the background are the backing vocals. You can clearly hear that the voice is singing the harmonies. I would have preferred Will to do those parts, but the effect is pretty cool. I hope they don't exaggerate it too much though, the studio version should focus more on the lead vocals and turn down the backing vocals a tad.

Mylo Xyloto Album Cover?
The first one is for digital downloads and half of the CDs The second one is for the other half of the CDs There's also a third design for the Vinyl release which is the best one in my opinion http://coldplay.com/images/splash_3.jpg

Bass-heavy?
Maybe they mean Will's beat which is very prominent in the song. The definition of 'bass' is a low frequency sound. Will's beat has a low frequency so maybe that's what they mean. That's the only thing I can think of anyway, unless they confused it with another song they heard, like Paradise for example.

Mylo Xyloto ad on TV (VIDEO NOW IN OP)
For those who didn't see it because they live outside of the UK or whatever, it's not that great. It's about 15 seconds long and it just consists of snippets from ETIAW, Paradise and then some guy saying that you can pre-order Mylo Xyloto now. It's not worth an upload really.

We've heard too many songs.
I agree that they've played far too many songs. I don't understand the whole 'rule' about being secretive if they go and blow 75% of the album anyway. But remember that this album is supposed to be a whole body of work. Yes, we've heard the songs but we don't fully know the role they play in the album and how they fit in with the narrative.

Mylo Xyloto (NME [fake] Review)
I usually like these kinds of articles, but frankly this isn't funny in the slightest.

Mylo Xyloto: 44.09 mins long? Songs time here.
Coldplay need to start doing longer songs again, I always love their longer songs. All of these lengths are perfect for radio play. I'm not sure if that was the intention, but each song seems to have been designed with radio play in mind.

Is This the Most Hate?
Goodbye, enjoy your ban.

U.F.O
I'm very happy about it being an acoustic song, it needs the quieter moments to contrast to the loud songs we've been hearing.

Best Live Version
^That is certainly the most humble and emotional performance of the song, but if you're looking for a mistake-free version the T in the Park version is a good one. I like the one where Will gets an enormous cheer (louder than the other festivals) but I can't remember which one it was.

Mylo Xyloto will be released in Japan on October, 19th with three bonus tracks!
Why would it make your year? You don't even know what it is, it's just a title. It could be a 5 second drum solo for God's sake.

coldplay on glee this season???
Glee is terrible, Ryan Murphy is an ass, and frankly Coldplay don't need any extra promotion so there's no need to have any of their songs murdered by Glee. Except ETIAW, they can murder that all they like.

Devastating in its Simplicity
I think this was indeed the last thing that Chris wrote. That's probably where the lyrics 'it's over' came from. He was referring to the album being completed due to the last song being written,

For those that pre-ordered Mylo Xyloto
I'd get it from the Coldplay site personally, but I've already preordered the digital version from iTunes because I had some cash left over in my account.

So 'M.M.I.X' is another short instrumental
Please point out to me where the Oracle says MX is a full song. In fact she says that 'it wasn't a full song'. What more proof do you need? MX serves the same purpose live as it does on the album: to build up to the epic opening of Hurts Like Heaven. I think a lot of people have misinterpreted what the Oracle is saying here.
