  1. Btw I've sent you a 'short' message @I ran away<img src="images/smilies1/tongue3.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Tongue3" smilieid="211" class="inlineimg">
  2. ^ That's a very understanding/ accepting view of the band... It'll hold you in good stead as they continue to evolve and change through the years. :) My biggest fear for them is if they lose their spark / desire to make music together - that might signal the end of the band although I think they'll continue to be involved with each other's lives in other ways... My other fear is if they lose their 'perfectionist' tendencies - they will then slide into mediocrity as their constant striving is what enables them to produce beautiful and emotionally honest songs that connects them to the masses but at the same time elevates them from their peers.
  3. Boyzone - Everyday I Love You
  4. Well I could've been ;) Life's a bit different now... I do sometimes miss the calm quiet efficiency of a lab :D
  5. U2 - I Will Follow :P
  6. Dido - Here With Me
  7. Aww that brings back so many fond memories I remember doing lab work back when X&Y first came out... It was my constant companion for the twelve months I was completing my thesis - those were good times! And I particularly remember how awesome it was being alone at night in the lab / working on the computer and having the music blasting out of the speakers... Square One just took on a magical quality, almost mythical in fact! ;) And congrats 42Escapist for reaching your 1,000th post! A lovely milestone for you :)
  8. I posted in the newbie thread but here might be more appropriate. How can I turn off my siggy when posting?
  9. Well done @WeddingDom, you got it! Care to post the next puzzle / riddle for us? :D
  10. I Ran Away... Either to replace Politik (haha contentious I know) or to follow The Scientist. Major Minus live or Chinese Sleep Chant Live?
  11. Here's another hint... What happens when someone falls, and what is this man falling into? :D
  12. Michael Jackson - Bad
  13. ^ Sorry @cheeetaz, I got the station wrong :embarrassed:
  14. I reckon they are now officially starting to tease us :D There will be more to discover! As for the sighting so far only at Waterloo station, it's either intentional as the start of a (hopefully global) trail... Or maybe the station accidentally leaked it early thinking not many people would notice (given it's still the wee hours of the morning over there still)... :P
  15. Finally... Some real news!!! Woohooo!!!! Bring on the new era :loveshower: I really love that flower of life design, and the theme that I can see so far for this album seems to really mirror and reflect what Coldplay have always been about... Finding meaning and their place within a bigger world - This album may be the sound of them finally achieving that... I'm really pleased and excited to see what's planned around the corner :)
  16. Nope but you're in the right track, in terms of swirling colours and  the falling man...
  17. ^ I'm with coldplaykb on this one :)
  18. Hooray! Finally got one :D Here it goes....
