I was listening to some of the new songs and I'm trying to work out for each one what chris is playing, what do people think can we make a list of which ones he plays organ, guitar, piano, acoustic, or just plain sings...this would help out alot thanks.

in some of the new songs, now that coldplay has the new organ sound, that sound takes place of his normal instrument (piano)???

Ok was the nappies made before a rush of blood to the head, or after in the early sessions of x&y. If it is the latter, well watch it again and you see some coloured bands on chris' fingers, particularly a red one on his left hand at the end of the video.

on the new songs does chris play the organs...on top of his piano?? if not who does.....the guitar player from radiohead does.... does jonny/guy???

like most of you i read about the sero theory tracklist on quite a few sites but does anyone know where that rumor came from? Do songs like Echo My Name and Fury actually exist. I guess this is a question for debs

Its been a week or 2 or so now I think, right? I think its time to announce some more, hopefully some American dates for me to get pumped about. Pittsburgh would be the best case scenario, but I'd probably drive out to Philly or Ohio or something too. I plan on seeing them atleast twice.

Just thought I'd inform all of you to check it out if you haven't already. She says a few cool things and has answered some questions that I've heard people in these forums say they were going to ask her :)

I'll start: The day it comes out I'll go to the local Sam Goody and pick up a copy (of course after I've bought SOS single the day it comes out). I'll try to resist listening to it in my car on the way home, as I think it will take away from it and I won't be able to appreciate it as much. Once home, I'll pop the CD in my stereo, lay on my bed and listen in its entirety so I can properly take in the overall sound. (This step may be repeated several times :D ) Of course, soon afterwards I'll upload it onto my iPod and listen to it everywhere I go :P . was anyone at the shows at Troubadour or the other one, and if they were was chris wearing coloured bands on his fingers? He was at the first gig and that may have to do with the cover. Also, remember that setlist when we first heard of SOS, white shadows and fix you, well that had little squares of red and black beside each song. But does anyone know anything about the coloured bands?

what coldplay song do you relate to or best describes your mood today?

i was reading an article where it said coldplay only made 2500 of the "Brothers and Sisters" and yet ive seen it for sale on many websites for really cheap! did coldplay start producing more of them then or are they just not worth much?

MTVLA (Latin America) just open a contest to win two tickets to travel to London and be at a very exclusive Coldplay Concert... i remember reading somewhere else on this forum speculating about coldplay's 5 spot, sorry for not remembering who. Anyways he/she was saying how in the past 2 albums the track #5 was reserved for a very strong song/single, i.e. yellow, and clocks. now that we have the official tracklisting, we know that "talk" has the 5 spot on X and Y. knowing that most of you guys have heard the single, how do you think it'll hold up? especially to its predecessors?

Have they forgotten us??? :cry: Or is there a secret gig planned for Belgium as well and I just don't know about it yet? :embarrased: What about a tour date in our little but very nice country? :)
