I was at the mall today and there was a sign hanging in the Sam Goody and it said Coldplay's new cd was coming out in april. I told the sales clerk that their sign was wrong and it was due out in June. He just scoffed and said, ok. So I then asked him if he had an exact date when it was due out and he said that their computer just says april and he tells me I can pre order it if I want to. I say ok, how much is it and he says $9.99 I said hell ya sign me up. So Supposedly I will be getting a phone call in April :lol: letting me know that my Coldplay cd is in. I wish.

On the new site we can now see it is no longer called "in my place" but the MEMBERS AREA> I dont really like the change. But, can we expect the entire design and style of the website to change once we begin to get some album art and perhaps a cover? I would like it if they changed it and modeled it toward the album.

One guy on the official board is claiming to have the album, and there are posts by about 10 different users saying they received it from him and they are listening to it. They say it is groovier than the last one. I personally think its all fake because they never mention song or album titles. Plus I dont think anyone would get there hands on aleaked copy. I just got this in my coldplay email where they announced the new tour dates to in my place members: AND FINALLY… …we'll be adding some exciting news about Coldplay's much anticipated third album on http://www.coldplay.com later this week. Don't miss it! So they are promising us something later this week, hopefully and album title or release date. Also they said US tour dates were to be announced in the next few weeks!

I just found this on the official site: The new single, it's called "Talk"...this may be old news, may not be. Anyways, it's been #1 on 107.7 The End (Seattle Alternative radio station) for the past couple weeks. The nightly countdown starts in 5 minutes and if their song is #1 again, I get to hear it in about an hour. Does this mean all the threads were deleted and they were hushing things up about talk because it is the first single? Also, this really proves how far the leak got in very little time. I'm trying to really put together my collection of everything Coldplay has ever done, I think I'm doing quite well but I know there have to be songs out there I don't have. There are so many that it would be kind of pointless to list, but briefly: i'd like to get more songs left off of AROBTTH (and not ones that turned into bside, i have those), maybe some older songs, newer live ones, covers, one-timers......and maybe anything off of the new album if you've got anything other than Talk (got that too). Hate to say it man, but i dont believe Albie has any new tracks.... he was asking me for TALK a couple of days ago, so he wasn't the first to have it..... and then he said he had square one and he would send it to me but it didnt come thru :/ more than once.....so i am v sceptical myself- maybe i'll be proved wrong! Personally, i think if there were more tracks available, more than one person would have them......

The latest news on the official website shows that they are going to continue with the same presale system for the rest of the tour as it is receiving positive feedback. This is great news for in my place members. I just want to know if anyone has already been allocated tickets for UK shows, are they near the back or near the front. I think in my place members should get quality tickets. Anyway, this is good news for people soon to be getting tickets in the presale for the new/upcoming dates!

Well with all the drama today I noticed that there is hardly any of this going on at the official board, so whether it is good or not we here are all well ahead of them over there. Lol. I think a few people mentioned talk over there, but they were from here. Also a guy is going around saying that debs said square one is not on the record, when i think he means talk.
