The Polyphonic Spree

I dare say that Together We're Heavy is better than The Beginning Stages Of... :o

Anyway, I know a lot of people don't like their huge bombast, but I love it. I'm really excited about the new album and I'm FINALLY seeing them this Sunday after buying the first ticket over a year ago and having the concert postponed twice... (long story)

Anyway, uh... anybody else like them? I'm really bad at writing coherently today.

hmm i didnt think anyone liked them at all but hey

they have like lots of people in their band and on the tour bus they said they've never gotten in an argument

crazy

I like the stuff I've heard (i.e. not a lot). I fell in love with "Soldier Girl" pretty much as soon as I heard it.

A lot of people I know can't stand them, but I think they're pretty cool.

All right, I just got back from seeing the Spree live. And I have to say, it is one of the greatest things I've ever witnessed. They just completely blew me away. It is the sound of pure joy. I seriously felt much better about my life when I left there.

Anyway, YOU MUST SEE THEM! EVERYBODY MUST!

i wish i could see them live

Anyone into them ???

They look like the Partridge Family, but they sing cool songs.

I´m addicted to "Hold me now"...

So ?

I LOOOOOOVE them.

They're very Up-With-People-ish. And completely ridiculous and over-the-top. And also amazing despite of and because of all that. One of the best live acts I've ever seen.

w000t ! Thread from a year ago and I only heard of them a few days ago :P

oohh The Polyphonic Spree :) :smug:

Old thread but anyone listen to them?

I can't say I listen to them that much. I got the odd song or 2 in my library from compilation albums but that's it.

Hello everybody:

I wanted to post about the fact that "Two Thousand Places" , a great song by The Polyphonic Spree has been chosen as the main theme for "Blastoff".

Well, first what is Blastoff?, it is supposed to be the next FACEBOOK or MYSPACE or TWITTER. The buzz out there is that it is going to be huge. I have my page already. And I have decided to do a Blog about Blastoff, and I just published a post that shows "Two Thousand Places" in the BLASTOFF commercial

By the way, feel free to join Blastoff through the link on my blog, it is amazing.

And time will go away

So love can grow.
