so as i started a second degree this week called spanish language and literature, i have to read 7 books this semester for two different subjects: medieval literature and golden century literature (those last 3 are 'optional').

all chronological, is interesting, to notice the evolution of the grammar.

 

i'm looking forward to finish those and join the reading club if possible to read some more modern texts.

I've just finished reading 'Slave' by Mende Nazer on my lunch breaks at work. It's a very sad, but fantastically inspirational (true!) story. =]

I really need some reccomendations for some books to read, I have nothing at the moment:cry:.

Chekhov?! 'Three Sisters' were mandatory in my high school and I almost died of boredom reading it. So no, not really anything by him.

 

I'm reading ' The Sound and the Fury' at the moment (William Faulkner).

Their Eyes were watching God by Zora Neale Hurston.

"All Quiet On The Western Front" by Erich Maria Remaque

and Stephen King's "Under The Dome".
