Was great, as usual - and very loud. I still have ringing in my ears today....which is concering.

I've got some photos which I'll upload if anyone wants to see them.

Oooh. yes please!

I saw them last Friday night in London. Absolutely superb. and they played Cruise, which is my absolute favourite song. yes. :nice:

Cool, I'll upload them a bit later.

They didn't play Cruise this time saw them...last time they did....but the Played Specialist last night which was amazing.

They also played that at my gig too. AMAZING!!!!!!!

I only wish that I had queued to be at the front, as there were too many abnormally tall guys in the crowd. and I am 5'11".:laugh3:

Worst thing about the queue situation was that I got their early - around two hours before the doors were due to be opened - BUT there were about 8 people infront of me who kept going away to do shopping, go eat and other things.

THEN new people turned up to meet them - people I hadn't seen up until that moment. So they must have been away for ages but just joined the front of the queue as if they had some sort of divine right to do so.

But once inside got past most of them because some had to have a bag search, while I didn't.

I was right next to them and they would check the length of the queue behind us and then make comments like "oh, it's getting quite long....glad I'm not stuck back there". Then they would leave for half an hour to do what ever they liked.

I bet the people at the back of the queue would have loved to have been able to leave and go eat/keep warm somewhere.

Plus - I walked past the venue last week and stopped outside to look at the Coming Soon list. So I should have said "I was here last week for a little while....then I went home for a week but now I'm back so I should be at the front of the queue!" hahaha.

Anyway...that didn't ruin my night - just made me think "who do they think they are?"

Ohh, I gave them a frowning of a life time!! :)

Last pic is kinda scary, his tooth, haha!

Awesome pics of Daniel, especially the first three or four!

With regards to queueing....I cant stand the people who do that. The worst thing was when I saw Bloc Party last month. I queued for a good 3 or 4 hours....then when we got inside, we were herded into 3 seperate entrances and made to wait. It made it pointless and was so aggravating that randomers were next to me who had just come 5 mins ago.

Yep. It is annoying and most of the time the venue staff don't understand - they don't care because they have to work.

If I went to the supermarket checkout with my trolly full and just went straight to the front past 10 people in the queue - I'm sure I wouldn't be there for long before the staff did something.

Great pictures! Interpol is one of my favourite bands. "Our Love To Admire" definetily one of the best albums of the year

Thank you for sharing your pictures!:)

awesome pictures....Interpol are really cool.

Glad you finally got your show and nice pics. The camera nazi would let us take pics in Houston. :veryangry:

Aaaaahhh i saw them last sunday nite in dublin and they were sooo amazing! Im still in awe, pauls voice is actually so good live. I was kinda standing between paul and carlos, second row, and when carlos threw his pic into the crowd at the end i caught it!

They get one of their mates to stand in the queue waiting for them to return.

Sometimes it's the same in the supermarket when it's near christmas, and you have 3/4 trolleys waiting at every checkout, it's best to work in a team:

1 - When driving in, drop the other person off when you wait to get into the car park and to find a space, so they can start shopping

2 - When your getting near the end of the shop, take the trolley and stand in line, when the other person goes off to pick the last remaining items up to come back and to place them in the trolley.

But back on topic...

I saw Interpol this summer.

They bored me a lot. I went to see Pleasure instead after 6 songs or something.

You don't like Interpol.

^I think thats a safe thing to say.

O sorry it was his guitar pick!! I really didnt make that clear! lol!

Ahaha...ok.

I am just a nut about Interpol =P

^me too! The night I saw them live was amazing as well as unforgettable! :nice:

I'm having a problem with their official forum. I registered there a few days ago and I validated my new account but for some unknown reasons (at least for me) I'm not allowed to post even though I have tried to several times.

has anyone had the same prob than me?...
