NO! Skating on the canal is pretty fun, kyra. :)

Kitchener... if its your kind of thing, we have Oktoberfest, which is a german festival that takes place here, mainly just an excuse to drink a lot and eat german food, lots of Polka music as well.

 

I dont spend too much time in Kitchener/Waterloo, I drive to Toronto for something to do.

I have some friends who live there.

Well, for students there is lots to do, if you like clubbing and drinking. :/

Visit lots and lots of old churches!

shopping on the mag mile :P

pubs,clubs and in the winter there is a big hill you can sledge down,cannae beat it! :D

I can't name one thing... as there are many!!! :P It New York for chrissake!!

 

Well, lets see... if you like nature, which can be fun.. there's camping in the Castkills Mountians.. if you like shopping.. there's the Woodbrury Commons and the Palisades Mall... oh and of course if you like 'window shopping'.. there's 5th ave in Manhattan... if you like wine.. there's a nice stretch of winerys out on Long Island's North Fork.. (great to do in the fall after a day of pumpkin picking)

uhm, not many.

 

Concerts at Towne Pointe Park in May, Beach Street in september, the Naro(old movie theater, plays independent movies) and the NorVa, which is a concert house. and All of those are atleast 30-40 minutes from my house. :lol:

Near me.....go to lots of gigs.....we have alot of music venues in town :) :cool:

-either get on the ferry and go to gunwarf (big shopping/leisure outlet)

-Skating (crap skate parks but Gosport and portsmouth are perfect for doing street)

-Get chased by people who listen to the oppisite music of you/gypsies on quad bikes
