March 27, 200521 yr There was a little piece in today's paper about how the writer couldn't get U2 tickets. The website crashed on her, the phones were clogged, and she didnt get tickets. They sold out in under 2 hours.

March 27, 200521 yr Yah well, that will happen with Ticketmaster, it would be nice if the public had an alternative to using Ticketmaster. I am always paranoid buying tickets for large shows because I always have to go through it, so I am not surprised that I didn't locate any tickets this time around.
March 27, 200521 yr actually it wasnt ticketmaster. its was capitaltickets.ca for the ottawa show. i dont know why they chose that. its obvious the site wouldnt stand up to the bandwidth. and who said one person could buy 8 tickets?
