September 6, 201312 yr According to @arcadefiretube, there's no EP nor LP. It is just a single. That cover art is fake, right?
September 6, 201312 yr That cover art is fake, right? I sure hope so. With the record being in stores all around the world, we should expect a leak soon... Can't wait for the video though.
September 6, 201312 yr I need to hear this now :( There's a guy on the Arcade Fire forum who managed to get hold of a copy from a record store who accidentally tweeted they have it in store. He doesn't want to leak it but he's letting people PM him for details about the song!
September 7, 201312 yr This user who has an advance copy that I mentioned yesterday gave me an accurate description of the single. He said: just so you know im not fucking around, the album comes with an orange reflektor insert with a download code. side a is the song, side b is the song without any lyrics. there seems to possibly be a sample of tunnels' piano at the very beginning of this new song, it almost sounds like david bowie sings at one point and there is a different piano riff about 3/4 of the way through that will blow your mind. He also offered to Skype me so I could hear some of it, but apparently my behaviour on the main AF Forum was moronic (I seemed a bit unsure of his trustworthiness) so he may not do it :( If he does, I'll try and record it!

Thanks for this. I pm'd him too but he didn't reply yet. I hope he doesn't leak the track.
September 7, 201312 yr No, it really is the cover art for the single. And apparently there's no mention of Arcade Fire on it. lawl Well I guess it goes with that rhythm. It just has a ROAR feel to me. :P

September 7, 201312 yr Found this on Tumblr: lyrics to the first verse of the leaked song: in a prism of light, alone in the darkness, darkness of white, we fell in love, alone on a stage, reflective age "tracklist" from the other day:
