It's really nice.

But, their management said that it won't likely make the 4th album, cause they have "better new songs"!

Yeah I got into Coldplay first and then slowly started getting into Arcade Fire. Once I started to realize their similarities and that Coldplay toured with them during the LVL era, it made me become a

Yeah, I followed a path similar to yours. I am a big fan of VLV and MX (the "midplay" era, ahah) and when I discovered that Coldplay mentioned several times AF as an influence during that period, I st

Yeah, it sounds nice, but mainly because AF's B-side material sounds better than most bands' actual album output. It can make Album 4's deluxe edition re-release or something, haha.

It sounds nice but I'm sure they have something much better in store. :sneaky:

Yep, read about that on Facebook today thanks to Lore. :awesome: I've got high hopes for LP4, and I can't wait. :wacky:

I'm just gonna take a 365-day nap during 2013 then. Sounds like a waste of a year to me.

A month ago they told us that it will be late 2012 or early 2013, now they're telling us that it will be late 2013 or early 2014 :disappointed:

welcome to the life of every U2 fan lol....

and Mew fan

^ It's not my favorite, but it's great. :) Theese days i'm obsessed with Rebellion Lies. :wacky:

does anyone like "deep blue"...I'm so obsessed with it!

I was so chagrined as a chess fan to hear a random Kasparov reference in that song.

I used to be obsessed with it too!

The whole 2nd half of that album is just ahhh

"Deep Blue" is good, though I still think "Wasted Hours" feels like a total filler track. The Suburbs is an amazing album but trimming some of the "fat" in places could've made it even better.

Yes, Arcade Fire Are Working With James Murphy

According to a feature in Music Week about the Arcade Fire management team, manager Scott Rodger said, "They're in with James Murphy on three or so songs, plus Markus Dravs who is a long-time collaborator. They write too many songs - that's a good problem to have. There's around 35 songs with Arcade Fire, two albums'-worth for sure."
