I gave up and canceled my online order and got a copy from the shops.

^That will be my next CD.....unfortunately stores are closed here today :(

Canada must have a stronger rule on new year's day, I would have a guess walking around Poole this morning that 50% of the shops were open.

When I called HMV last week they told me it was closed Jan 1st.

Future Shop may be open, but its about $3 more there. Plus I have a bunch of HMV gift certificates, so I'll use them :), save my money for an mp3 since mine broke on Christmas Eve.

Best way to use up gift cards :lol:

I was hoping you could use them at both HMV.ca and HMV.com (the UK version), but I can't :(

Tomorrow, I plan to visit the main charities shops in andover to see if there is any good deals to be had on 2nd hand cds
