Béatrice is asking if their is any mean of transport to go from Lisboa to the Optimus live festival on July 6th and if there is any hotel near the festival :)

 

Since I'm here, I went to Lisboa between Christmas and the new year (spent if there). Marvellous city :awesome: and the people are so nice!! Loved it!

thanks for coming! there´s a lot of transports to the festival, but maybe the train is the best,since there´s a stop really close to the place, called Algés, she can take it at Cais Sodré to Algés .. and hotels, is not hard to find hotels/hostels in lisbon .. all of them are close to tranports, either subway or buses :)

Yes I did!!! I had noted your advice and I was staying in the Alfama, near to the Pantheon, so there was a stop not to far away :awesome:

 

 

You really have a beautiful city and again, the people there are the nicest! Went to listen fado in a little family restaurant, it was amazing!

:blush: thats awesome!! is really nice to know that you enjoy here and the fado haha im not a fan of it, its quite boring lol or just sad :\ i think the best in portugal is the food :lol: honestly

Maybe I enjoyed fado because I don't understand hat they were saying :lol: but you can sense how heartfelt and bittersweet it is... I bought this postcard

As for the food, very good indeed, but I was impressed by the baccalau stands in supermarkets :stunned: Man, you guys love this! :lol: I've had never seen so much space dedicated to ONE specie! And in restaurant, I ordered a dorado, but I was especting, like in France that it was served in 'slice' (head/tail removed, cut in 'filets'...). I think I looked like that -> :shocked2: :dizzy: when they brought the actual ENTIRE thing grilled in my plate XDD It was delicious though!

No, that was a superkamet inside a big superstore thing just behind the big park Eduardo (?) and not too far from the Gulbenkian museum.... I think it was either in this one or the one near the aquarium.
