im still jumpy :stunned: that was the best night ever. no concert can top that, unless they come back to australia later for thier next tour :D

 

man everything was almost perfect. it wouldve been perfect if we were right at the barrier and we got to touch chris baby...

 

how much did those girls in front of us suck, bon? and that chick with the pig tails - ARGH. and those guys shouting out crap behind us, they were annoying lol, and the chicks with them too. :D infact i think it would have been better if everyone but us were gone. we'd get a much better view then :D

oh and how cute was it when chris dragged jonny onto the ground, guitar and all :D which song were they playing then? and how exciting was it when chris came to our side to get a phone! but we werent close enough :( and when guy came over to jonny and chris and they were all together next to eachother, and chris put his arm around them i think - that was cute :D and all the socceroo quotes and the stories :D

haha, yeah i saw you guys! i recognised bonnie from fotos id seen before, and i assumed you were the blonde chick next to her! i saw you standing up before youth group while everyone else was sitting down. i was just behind you to the left on the floor, with an amazing view. you guys were so close! and close to johnnys camera! i was hoping one of you caught it :(

i had a fucking amazing time. youth group were absolutely awesome, as people had told me they were live, and im so psyched about the new album now :P their dedicating skeleton jar to lucas neill was so appropriate... 'i feel like hell' hehe.

by the way, we were so robbed in that game, and it makes me so cranky. but coldplay made me feel better :P

so yeah, coldplay came on and it was fucking awesome. politik and clocks were the best i think, but the whole set was spectacular. i went with 2 friends of mine, and ill admit i did have some tears in my eyes when they played the scientist.

ah it was just so good. you were there, i dont have to tell you!

only bad part was when this dude next to me decided to smoke some pot during what if. that was a bit seedy, and it smelled bad. but other than that it was the best night of my life. i would sell my soul to get a bootleg of that night.

 

bit of a story about getting there though. as i dont really know my way around sydney (im from newcastle) my friends and i asked the nice bus driver to tell us when to get off at the ent centre (we wanted to get there about 45 mins early. i said about 4 hours, but my friend who went the day before said that it didnt really fill up that quick) so yeah, the bus driver goes 'ok, ill give you a yell' and then gave us a smile so i though yeah this bloke wont let us down!

but alas! the stupid fucker forgot to tell us. so we went about 2km further than we needed to, and ended up running to the ent centre! then id gotten a bit nervous so i drank heaps of water and then i needed to piss so we were even later and i was getting screamed at :P but we got there on time anyways and got about 6 rows back from the front and saw youth group and then saw coldplay and then all had several orgasms and now im fine!

 

hehe. well im going to bed now.

lol i was tempted to yell out hi... but the last concert i went to was with this same friend of mine, and i met someone there i knew from a message board.... and she thought i was weird cuz of that lol. so imagine doing it twice in a row! i wouldve been disowned! haha.

 

yeah i wish more people were there for youth group. its funny that no one seemed to care about them, and yet they will be going on their own tour soon where they are the major act. anyways, it didnt stop me from singing along.

Just got home from seeing the third show which was my second. Absolutely fucking brilliance. Thanks to my much much better seats this time it was about a million times better. But it goes wayyyyy too fast. And Chris didnt run to the same place as the last two nights in In My Place which sucked cause it woulda been so close to me. Oh oh and they played Cant Get You Out of My Head like in Glastonbury last year. I heard the first few notes and Iknew straight away and I screamed at my friend but she had no idea what I was talking about hehe. Speaking of Glastonbury I looooove how they did the same thing here at the end of Clocks and The Scientist as they did there. You know like in clocks how it gets faster and faster and faster and in the scientist chris sings woahhhhh and then the crowd does (although most of the crowd tonight didnt quite get that concept which sucked coz it sounded so good in glastonbury). I got some pictures on my camera, nowhere near as good as the ones posted here, I would have died to be that close. And I stayed around after the gig to meet the band but only Will came out which was slightly disappointing seeing as we were all there in the freezing cold for at least an hour and jonny was hiding for a couple minutes and sneaked a peak at us standing there and just got in the van. Sucked heaps. But I got some nice close ups of Will and my friend got him to sign my ticket for me and she spoke to him but i just froze and couldnt speak....doh!

Haha yeah my friend wouldn't believe me when I said 'he's going to sing Kylie!' and I guess I was expecting him to do the 'woah-oh' thing at the end of the scientist from all the bootlegs so i was straight into it when I heard it.

yeah i was well happy when they did that in the scientist. its kind of weird, i knew their whole show before they started :P but it was still awesome. im really looking forward to this live recording, i was really hoping one would show up, so it would be great if you could upload it!

well i only heard the second half... but i dunno. it was ok, but chris seemed a little fed up with answering the same questions. so instead he goes 'you try answering that question, what do you do to entertain yourself?' hehe. it was funny. but yeah, ill post it soon.
