It's unfortunate that she has a reputation as being cold. By all accounts she's just a genuinely nice girl, Courtney Love said Gwyneth rings her at least once every month to check she's okay. She has sooo many friends who adore her, and people who have met her through Chris (Simon Pegg for example) have all praised her.
