Since I have never seen them on the red carpet together, I think it'll look bizarre. I can't even imagine it. And the fact that I have a hard time imagining it, and that it's actually affecting me, makes me depressed... I shouldn't even care... But I do!

whatever the situation is between them, Chris seems pretty damn happy these days. If it was true that they are having problems then he certainly doesn't seem to suffer ;)

I think not only should they walk together, they should hold hands and Chris should kiss her right there in front of the flashing bulbs. That'll shut everyone up whilst simultaneously leaving them jaw-dropped. Kind of a fuck you to the press.

 

If they don't walk together, it would also be a "fuck you" in that they don't care what the press write. But the disadvantage there is that the rumors will continue.

 

I vote for the first option (blatant show of affection) because I think it's more daring, and he is supposed to be a rock star, after all.

^^I so agree with you but part of that comes down to the fact that as people in their respective jobs, they are both among my favorites. Just the idea of one of my favorite actresses and singers being married and having kids is awesome enough but to see them together all dressed up would be brain melting.

That would be fantastic. They should call the shots and show up all decked out, do their thing and then head back into hidden couple land. I totally understand why they don't parade their love around for the masses. I think they're smart to do it and the people who call it "annoying" are probably just mad because they don't make as much money off of them photography-wise.

 

But yes, I will admit... I think it would be AWESOME for them to do something like that, just this once. And both of them to look absolutely fantastic and amazing (as they surely would). Just because they are both so talented and gorgeous on their own... together for five minutes under the flashbulbs would be great. :D

LOL to all your speculations. How about this for a compromise. They walk down the carpet "together" separated by 20 feet or so. Then they wave to each other, grin widely and blow kisses and join up in their seats. :D That way, they have appeared on the carpet "together" but not actually "together". :wink3: This suits Chris's personality a bit more, too. He loves toying with the media and I can just imagine the media uproar as they try to fit them both in the pic "together" . lol

Catching up with old friends is always a pleasure, but for Gwyneth Paltrow and Penelope Cruz it seems to have left them exhausted.

 

The actresses looked ready for bed as they left the upmarket Zuma restaurant in Knightsbridge last night.

 

Penelope rubbed her eyes as Gwyneth drove them home in her car, with no limousine driver in sight.

 

 

 

And without their designer frocks and made-up faces the two were barely recognisable as the A-listers who stalk the red carpet.

The pair are old friends, and starred together in The Good Night last year.

 

Spanish actress Penelope normally makes her home in Los Angeles, but often visits her family in Europe.

 

American actress Gwyneth, meanwhile, lives with her Coldplay frontman husband Chris Martin in London.

 

This year she returned to work after taking a career break to raise children Apple, four, and Moses, two.
