Saw the article in an office waiting room and removed the page to share it with you. :)

The article in a whole is a joke, but here are the most funny parts:

1. Picture on the top says it's Gary.

2. I quote: "The fact that husband Chris never wanted to accompany her on the red carpet has always been a strain on the relationship."

As for Gwyn's diet, I've started the Tracy Anderson's mat method (I gave up on the dance aerobic...too complicated :lol:). It's good for the arm section and legs but there is a lot of movements that I found not really good, meaning 'safe', (espacially for your back). Plus, she don't get much tips on how to get your posture right and her own posture is sometimes wrong (judging by what the few fitness trainer I've had the 'pleasure' to work with said about certain postures)... And the warm up is weird (not warm up for head, arms, ankles or shoulders..WTF is that ???) She's a former dancer and not a sport teacher and it shows.

It's not for people who never had fitness before and 4/6 times a week is just impossible to do!! (at least for someone with a normal schedule). The complete sequence (dance aerobic+mat method) takes more than 2 hours!!).

 

Gwyn said in the end of the video that she told her friends who don't have the time that 'you had to make it happen' but nobody has servants like her to do your chores while you're working out... :dozey:

I just do the standing arm, standing abs and mat abs. I leave all the leg stuff because I walk at least 8 miles every day so figure my legs and butt are getting enough of a workout, especially in Sketchers Shape Ups. The arm work out is hard going at first but I can see it working. I agree the interview at the end is a little patronising, she can make it happen because she can buy time whilst the rest of us can't. Plus after 8 hours at work everyday the last thing you wanna do is work out when you get home.

London is the best city in the world, right?! ;)

 

Though personally I'd move as the area they are living in is quite hectic. There are nicer and more quiet locations in London...

I'd rather live in NYC, but hey ho :P

 

That being said, I do plan to one day live in London, it is an amazing city (just not quite as amazing as NY :P)
