Does anyone know what happened to the Artwork vs. Artwork game? I tried searching, but I just can't seem to find it. Maybe someone else can, and if so, I apologize beforehand for my incompetence haha.

As an Oldplayer this puts you in a precarious position. Generally you have two options, either you lie and say someone like Travis or Oasis or you say "Coldplay" and when you get that "I'm not sure you're well" look from the person you have to add in an awkward "but only the first three albums" stipulation every time.

Got a bunch of new colleagues at work last year and they laughed at me for being a fan. By now they've actually started admiring me for sticking with my favourite band so much, being so positively fangirl-crazy, and not taking myself or the band too seriously. The amount of conversations they have started with me about Coldplay is truly worrisome. For them. :laugh4:

Know the problem. But for me, no other option than Coldplay exists if it is really about bands cause I have no other band that comes close to being a favorite. But it does make for awkward dialogues.

After a few months, I finally bought my copy of Q Magazine with Coldplay on the cover! I was in Barnes and Noble looking for the new Rolling Stone magazine (which they did not have yet), and up at the top in the very back, I thought I recognized Will's bald head peeking out from behind another magazine, so I pulled it out, and there it was haha!

Just had a funny (and awkward?!) situation at work...colleague introduced new "system" of listening to music while working in a special room. There is a fixed Android phone plugged to a speaker and you just say "OK Google, play XYZ on Spotify". Then he demonstrated "OK Google, play MGMT on Spotify" and Kids started playing. In the middle of work he suddenly said to me "Oh, since you are here....OK Google, play Coldplay on Spotify!" and I felt a bit embarassed as Yellow started playing.... :D

Yeah, I know. But the thing is I don't only listen to Coldplay in my life (lots of classical music and other artists too) but I realized I only listen to Coldplay at work (classical music and other stuff like for example Pink Floyd that I like often are longer pieces and imho not so suited for listening during work - for example, classical music usually distracts me from the actual work)...so I guess it was fear of being branded as "she only listens to Coldplay!" when in truth I don't.
