Gwyneth Paltrow has broken her husband Chris Martin's computer, almost destroying new Coldplay songs stored on it.

 

The actress accidentally knocked the computer over at their London home, reportedly causing the outer casing to be badly damaged and rendering it difficult to turn on.

 

A source told the Daily Mirror: "The hinges broke and the screen was hanging off. It wouldn’t turn on. Chris does a lot of work on there and the computer is his baby."

 

Luckily for the 33-year-old star, and thousands of Coldplay fans, the saved files on the machine were left intact and nothing was lost.

while i find this a bit stalker-ish, i also think its quite funny. and i like hearing about their home lives, however obsessive that may be. and im glad his songs are safe. i think we'd all care a hell of a lot more if theyd been lost.

It sounds like something that happened to me. The last Tuesday my father erased all the information I had in the pc: all the pics, music, bootlegs, lives, rarities, news and more of Coldplay!!! And I did not have a backup, so I have to download all the things once again! I can understand how it feels. Atenea_Brit

Hmmm, I find your arguement flawed Alyssa. Chris Martin can play the guitar, Valid. However I too attempt a quick strum every now again. As I'm sure many Coldplayers do, I certainly know that Sam does. And Alan Partridge has got some crazy guitar skills. Anyway my dear I digress, my point is this. One's guitar skills do not necessarily correspond with the greatness of the band. Eddie Van Halen is one of the greatest guitar players to ever walk this earth. However it would be foolish of me to expect any of you to whip out 1984, stick on Jump and rock out like it's the age of shoulder pads and massive hair. Was Sam out of order saying that Chris Martin is talentless? that's not for me to say. That is however, his opinion. And Remember Alyssa, Everyone's opinion is valid. No matter what that may be.
