June 30, 201016 yr Damn you all are going to epic gigs. Arcade Fire and Spoon! Osheaga fest? AHhh. So jealous! That abandoned school stage is just awesome. It's like something out of a movie or something. Exciting!!!!! I'm going to be catching a gig by We Were Promised Jetpacks, a Scottish band. I'm thrilled since it's in one of the best tiny venues in town, The Magic Stick. You literally could play pool and still be right next to the stage while the show is going on.

July 9, 201016 yr Sidewalk Meese/Nevernudes/Body 125/Grass Cannons I just went to this and it was amazing :heart: There was hardly anyone there. I was the only outsider...everyone else was either a member of a band or a friend of a band member. By the end they all loved me :P Both Sidewalk Meese and Body 125 dedicated songs to me :cheesy:

July 24, 201016 yr Saw the New Pornographers on Tuesday night. Good show with a varied setlist, and the fact that I was in the front row directly in front of Kathryn Calder only sweetened the deal (Neko Case, by comparison, was surrounded by middle aged men, kinda creepy). I almost nabbed a setlist but some bitch grabbed it from my hand. Arggh. My unfortunately short list of artists seen: The Bravery Coldplay Metric Muse The New Pornographers Phoenix Snow Patrol Vampire Weekend Still have those doggone U2 tickets. :laugh3:
July 24, 201016 yr I've only been to one concert: Coldplay, which took place last year. But I plan on going to a Music Festival next month to see Wilco and a number of other bands/musicians.
