June 25, 200817 yr To answer the cold shower question: It works pretty simply, the feeling of cold is a dominant one. Its like when you bump your arm and put ice on it, it doesnt hurt, it gets cold and then numb. So you cant continue to "go up" if its freezing cold. Its simple biology.
