July 19, 200916 yr I actually really dislike Kramer most of the time, it's like "Hey we need a cheap laugh here, I know! Make Kramer fall over!" George is the funniest. I somewhat agree with this. George has the best lines/situations, but Kramer's character is just so damn out there it's funny.
