July 13, 200719 yr I've seen the movie last night. Overall it's good, not disappointing. Nice plot although there's some differences with the book (of course). The editing was a bit rough though. The changing / movement from one scene to another was not that smooth. But I really enjoyed it! :)
July 13, 200719 yr When I was watched that movie last Wednesday, the first day turn down Harry Potter movie in my town... I was late about 20 minutes so I don't know a part of scene that I expected... :cry:

July 19, 200719 yr Oh my!!! :stunned: :stunned: :stunned: This one was the best Harry Potter movie for me...I think it was pretty faithful although some things got a bit different...But not big things...The only thing I complain about it the time...I thought it was too short!I wanted to stay at the cinema for like 10 hours watching and watching and watching... :wideeyed: I loved it! :nice:

I wanted to go to Imax but ended up going to a regular theater. a) It's expensive here too b) I doubt my dad would have driven across town at midnight to see Harry Potter. :P But it was great anyway! I was on the edge of my seat for the last 20 minutes!!

August 2, 200718 yr Reading an interview with the person who did the script, he said if he left everything that was in the book into the film, the length would have clocked out at over 5 hours. So thank god he turned it into something more manageable.

They act like there have never been movies that ran over 3 hrs. :dozey: But I guess it's for the best; Harry Potter's core audience is kids with 10 minute attention spans.

August 10, 200718 yr They act like there have never been movies that ran over 3 hrs. :dozey: But I guess it's for the best; Harry Potter's core audience is kids with 10 minute attention spans. You don't want movies which run for more than 150 minutes, it gets boring.
