November 9, 200718 yr Im just throwing this out there, but could this V theme have to do with a possible V Festival appearance?
November 9, 200718 yr november 11th? what does november 11th have to do with all this? and did the 5,4,3,2,1 countdown with wills fingers prove to be anything? it would also be VERYYY nice if someone could post the entire video in slower motion for those of us who are unable to do it on our own!!
November 9, 200718 yr Here... BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT. Thank youuuuuu! i dont think you need to have practice being a lip-reader to get that. :P:o viva la vida. hmm. the more i say it to myself the more im ok with it.
November 9, 200718 yr I highly doubt the album is titled Viva La Vida. If it is, I don't even know if I would buy it. That's ludicrous.
November 9, 200718 yr hmmm...it does look like viva la vida--- maybe it's just a (good) message the guys are sending -- they seem so inspired by spain and the fleetingness of life in this album-- so i don't think it is necessarily the album title-- i mean, haven't all their album titles been songs included on their album? have they mentioned abandoning that pattern? then again viva la vida could be one of the songs on the album (they only released 8 out of the 9 song titles (well, excluding the recent ones - famous old painters and glass of water), so viva la vida could be the 9th??) -- i dunno-- but thanks for deciphering all that -- if CP saw all the work you guys did i think they should be impressed but not surprised by the CPLuv :)
November 9, 200718 yr Viva La Vida ~ Life Is For Living :) Though I'd be surprised if this hasn't been mentioned before...
November 9, 200718 yr I just put viva la vida into a translater (spanish to english) (I broke it down, cus I could) Viva: live la Vida: the life so 'Live the Life' but Viva la vida as a whole phrase is; 'the life lives' And again just cus I could, I put Viva la Vida, 'Italian to English'; The 'vida' lives (no Italian word for vida) but 'viva' Italian is 'it lives' I think Coldplay are trying to send a message that has nothing to do with the album, but more to their fans. I'm not sure what about. :PI'm a language nerd!
November 9, 200718 yr viva la vida? :uhoh: did they said that on the vid (btw i heard nothing on the video) :uhoh: explain it please

I'm not sure what about. :PI'm a language nerd! I agree. I think they are definitely sending a message to us - possibly just for fun and not about the album. Time will tell. I think it's quite possible that they are on sites like this to see if we are figuring out the message. Why send a secret message if you're not going to see if anyone can figure it out?? I bet they have been on here lurking and reading - that's kind of a scary thought though!
November 9, 200718 yr It gives me chills just thinking about it. Surely if they are on here they are just lurking around to see if we are deciphering the video. I'm probably totally delusional to think they'd be on here anyway but oh well. It's my CP dream world and I can think what i want!!
November 9, 200718 yr LoL.... I would probably say something like 'If you're a CP member, show yourself' But that would be weird. Now I'm scared like, maybe Chris is reading our posts right now and then saying to Jonny 'They're on to us Jonny!'

It's definitely not italian, which would be something like "Evviva la vita", and it should mean "Cheers/hurrah to life" (if you translate hurrah from english to spanish you get viva ;))
November 9, 200718 yr viva la vida is spanish.... but how you came up with that? i don't get what you are talking about, with viva la vida? i need that someone explains me that, where you got it?
November 9, 200718 yr I'm 99.9% positive that "Viva la vida" isn't gonna be the title of the album. It's just a statement. Kind of like hakuna matata...
November 9, 200718 yr viva la vida is spanish.... but how you came up with that? i don't get what you are talking about, with viva la vida? i need that someone explains me that, where you got it? if you see the video carefully you can read will's lips saying viva la vida.. someone made a gif with that part of the video, you can find it a few pages back
November 9, 200718 yr They were inspired by Palito Ortega. HAHAHAAA. Viva la vida is spanish, meaning Cheers to Life. It's tacky, yes, ask Palito, haha.
