The final August matches are going to be really interesting. Honduras is beating El Salvador right now, but next week El Salvador plays the (supposedly) easy Trinidad & Tobago, and Honduras plays the leader Costa Rica. Its like musical chairs figuring out who between Mexico, Honduras & El Salvador gets kicked.

when the first day i saw a 20000 capacity stadium, and not even half full, i asked myself what was the TV presenter saying about the importance of the tournament..

It is a serious competition and Spain were embarrassed.

I know it ain't that important, but it still isn't a random tournament.

 

Even if great teams don't take it seriously, they have to show why they are considered great teams, IMO.

Spain played a full strength team and thy tried.

Dunno why they lost, but I guess it's good they did, the media was like "It's gonna be a piece of cake, some little training before the REAL match on sunday" they were sooo sure they'll win... and I found it kinda funny cuz all their great players played and still they lost.

 

Tomorrow's match is gonna be really interesting, I think Brazil won cuz they were so lucky, South Africa was playing really good, let's see what happens tomorrow.
