woah, that was one helluva jump from 5th to 1st. and Germany in 5th? Thats not supposed to happen..must've lost some games in the world cup qualifying.

 

Glad to see us move up to 12th. We were 20th in January, and should be in the top ten again by year's end.

Lol, they did not even had a chance. I mean, the Azteca is quite impressive, besides, they were slow and clumsy.

I completely forgot about the matches today until I saw the highlight reel on espn while hanging out with my brother and his friend at a local brewery. I'm not too surprised we lost to Mexico, but I'm both sad and very surprised that El Salvador lost to Trinidad!

You americans actually care about it?

This American certainly does. But then again, most Americans don't join English Fantasy Football leagues either :P. I think historically the U.S. has never won at Azteca during qualifying, and there's not much disappointment to be had when we're so far ahead in the standings.

But although we played a couple great games in South Africa (two months ago?), we also showed we can be extremely sloppy and disorganized, something we desperately need to fix before next year.
