Edit: It's a perfect leak, say one of the CDs of the finished work managed to get lost during postage from Coldplay HQ to EMI HQ, and it was uploaded at 320kbps mp3/lossless.

absolutely 100% yessiree, since I'll get at least 3 copies each of the album, singles and possible DVD releases from various sources, paid for and donated (for ads, comps and review etc), anyway.

i won't lie...i probably will...but i guess i shouldnt be i promised a friend i wouldn't...i guess i better lock myself away from the computer... :laugh3:

i would DEFINITELY download it, and i plan to if it's leaked because i will still buy it anyway because i support coldplay and what they do. in that way, i don't feel guilty about downloading it illegally. but OMG, if it was out there somewhere on the web, there's no WAY i could resist. NO WAY.

I'd DL faster than you can blink! lol But I'd still rush to the store on THE DAY. There is something about holding a brand new CD...

Long answer:

I would download it without even thinking about it, but I kind of hope that it doesn't leak so that when I go and by the physical CD itself, I can slip it into my computer, put headphones on, and it will all be completely fresh. I did that with Keane's Under The Iron Sea and it was a great feeling. Although thats not one of the best albums out there, its one of the only CD's I've ever bought, that I own a physical copy of.

And if it does leak, I want it to be near perfect if not perfect quality. I remember when X&Y leaked the quality was fairly poor and it sort of ruined the experience. I want to listen to it as it was intended by the band. And I'll be buying this new album on the day of release (if I can) anyway.

yup i think i'd do the same. I'd listen to a few songs to know what the album is like..whether it's totally zingzong music or not.
