really, i get a bit schizophrenic from time to time.

I'm starting to wonder if they are going to use the Albertus font on the Album cover, since the main theme here implies a more rough, arty approach to design, instead of the minimalistic design of previous websites. And "Coldplay" is written in chris' handwriting, so... who knows.

 

I know its already been discussed maybe but the fact that they have a link to the timeline means that the timeline will not be replaced by the website. It will just be a separate section on the new site. I know I'm stating the obvious but I'm sort of just thinking outloud.

And I'm loving the newest mock-up (24), It combines my favourite background of some of the previous designs but it looks alot more organised this time around. I like the way "Coldplay" is written better aswell, but ofcourse its down to the guys to decide anyway.

At least for me too, when you click on the Slender Fungus link at the bottom of the page on Coldplay.com now, you no longer see the screen caps like we did earlier. You're directed to http://www.slenderfungus.com/slenderfungus.html instead.

This whole thing seems kind of fishy. People were real quick to jump to the name "Prospekt" and some peope still seem to believe the album will be called "42". I don't think this is anything definite about the ablum, I'll wait until Chris, Guy, Johnny, and Will officially confirm it. For now (to me anyway) the new album is simply known as "LP4".

I have just checked the main Wembley arena website, and on both the 25th and 26th, they have Def Leppard playing. But why would Coldplay play little old Wembley Arena and not the Stadium next door?

i think it was probably a mistake that those screencaps were up there. if they wanted us to find it, i think it would be functional, and the fact that they removed it makes me think it was definitely NOT meant to be found. but i wonder why the HELL they put it so the general public could access it. it seems like if slenderfungus put it there to show coldplay the possible layouts, they SO could have just emailed them the screencaps or something; some safer way of transmitting the info so we couldnt find it! the fact that they put it in such a public place makes me think it wasnt an accident after all...hmm.

it wasn't a mistake or accident. development companies like that don't make those kind of mistakes...nor would they get final approval from coldplay/emi by putting it as a link on their main page.
