Good morning. It was announced last night that Coldplay's 2011 set on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival has been named the Favourite Glastonbury Moment in a public poll by organised by the BBC. Big thanks to all of you who voted for it. It really was a special night. In the dressing room afterwards, the band celebrated like they'd just won a Cup Final. Which, in a way, they had.

Final auction of Mylo Xyloto artwork

Bid on eBay for rare signed artwork, in aid of Kids Company

 

 

Good evening. Coldplay and Kids Company are proud to collaborate with Album Artists again for a final auction of the art from the Mylo Xyloto album, which they created with celebrated artist Paris.

 

The original exhibition staged by Album Artists in Camden in November resulted in over £630,000 received by Kids Company for their amazing work helping disadvantaged children in London. Now we are auctioning the last limited edition prints of Mylo Xyloto artwork and one original painting.

MX artwork sale raises £20,000

A big thanks to everyone who bid in the auction

 

 

Good evening. We're very pleased to report that the recent sale of Mylo Xyloto artwork (organised by Album Artists) has raised over £20,000 for Kids Company.

 

That money really will make a difference to the lives of a lot of disadvantaged kids in London. As the band's fifth member, Phil Harvey, said on Twitter earlier: "Heartfelt thank you".

New song, Atlas, for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack

Good afternoon. It's been announced today that a new Coldplay song, Atlas, will feature on the official soundtrack for the forthcoming film, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

 

Atlas is scheduled to be available via iTunes and all digital retailers on 26 August, 2013. The film is due for release on 22 November, 2013.
