Prince Myshkin
Neither side should get the win. Those outcasts in society Cole and Rooney don't deserve 3 points for their team. And smacking a dj is fine.
busybeeburns
well that was a soft penalty to give away Chelski 2-1 Man Utd Frank Lampard (78)
Guest howyousawtheworld
And smacking a dj is fine. At least he went to court for that and was fined by the club even if the court suspiciously let him off. Anyhow, Cole and Rooney have a history. Meanwhile - potentially game on for Arsenal. Rooney has not done anything that warrants legal action, but he deserved a straight red of course. It's all over.

Chelsea should be ashamed of trying to cover the incident up by not calling in the ambulance for the wounded work experience kid.

Did you say Liverpool deserved no points the next time he played though. Failure to be punished is not the players fault. It is the crime they have committed that is the problem, and Gerrard has been guilty in the past too.

But my desire to see neither side win was also in large part down to the fact I fucking hate both of them. Still Man Utd lost so at the same time I'm delighted. zempt
What a fail by Everton going to Stamford Bridge and knocking Chelsea out of the FA Cup and than lose to Reading at home.
deaths_friend
disappointed that man utd couldn't hold onto their lead against chelsea. but there's no shame in losing at stamford bridge. the task ahead at anfield this weekend has become all the more critical now. Reilly
There's gotta be some money involved, c'mon, the average person, either the guy himself or his dad, Chelsea footballer shoots your son- CHA CHING Surely they were paid off otherwise there are massive grounds for legal action, a work experience student gets shot? Massive legal case.

mc_squared
No because Gerrard's actions were dealt with immediately. So how did Gerrard come to be prosecuted? Was it merely because the "victim" reported the incident to the police, or did the police become involved after they were called to the venue to deal with a disturbance? Reilly
Basically Gerrard's absolutely fine for getting caught even if he no doubt would've ignored it forever if he didn't but Cole is an absolute thug because it took a few days for him to get caught. :wtf:
Guest howyousawtheworld
I just think it's a bit of a sham that the police have failed to react immediately. They've questioned Ashley Cole....and now what?? Absolute fuck all.

If Gerrard was prosecuted for hitting someone, surely the same should happen to Cole for shooting someone?:dozey:

Oh definatly, I bet it was a reasonable amount too, and perhaps the promise of employment after he qualified, which over getting shot with an airgun he would be a fool to turn down.
