I respect all those people who love VLVODAAHF. I love the album too. However, a lot of people always bash X&Y in the process. Which in my opinion is not fair. In the interview with Ben Jones this week Chris Martin said that the band loved X&Y and that they were proud of it. He said that the only downside of the album was that it might have been too long. Chris Martin concluded the question about the album by saying that X&Y was a "glowing masterpiece" :D

I don't know why people bash X&Y when it's a good album. I just think fix you is overrated. X&Y scores 4 VLV scores 7 and 2 draws VLV wins, besides it is stronger as a whole

Regardless of how the band feels, the album was a def a stinker. I'm sure Fall Out Boy thinks their albums are "masterpieces" - don't make them.
