In my opinion:

 

Overrated: Fix You

Underrated: Green Eyes

Overrated: What If

Underrated: Both Green eyes and Warning Sign

Overrated: Square One

Underrated: Crests of Waves

overrated: fix you (but as its a band favorite what are you gonna do)

underrated: a rush of blood to the head.

Overrated: Green Eys

Underrated: Daylight!!

Also underrated: Reign Of Love

Overrated: Swallowed In The Sea

Underrated: Twisted Logic

overrated: i personally dont hate any coldplay song just there are some songs that i like more than others

underrated: Swalowed in the sea(with fix you square one and talk the only ones i like in x & y)

overrated : talk (i like all coldplay songs...cant choose really lol)

underrated : such a rush (one of my fav's)

Overrated: "Yellow"

Underrated: "Amsterdam" and "I Ran Away"

overrated-Fix you

underrated-DAYLIGHT,one of their best songs

Overrated: Yellow

Underrated: Sparks or 42 from the new one

Overrated- Clocks

Underrated- the hardest part

first of all, how can everyone so avidly hate on "Fix You"? I love it, its one of my favorite songs ever. What is so bad about it, please can someone explain this to me?

I kind of half agree with you Nick. Fix you isn't overrated, but it's certainly not underrated.

 

I agree with swallowed in the sea and life is for living, but see you soon is many people's favourite song over here.

"Fix You" is just there to me. Not a bad song by any means, but nothing about it sticks out to me. I actually like it live more than on the album. It's just so overrated (IMO) by the general public and some fans.

I guess Fix You isnt underrated, it just should not be hated so much. It really applies to my life so much and has actually helped me through a lot of rough times. Its more than just a song to me, its like a light that guides me home (no pun intended).

 

And I know a lot of people love See You Soon, but a lot of people (general fans) havent even heard it.

 

And yes, A Whisper is way too underrated. There was a time when I too hated it and never gave it a chance. But after a while, it finally grew on me, and now I cant hear it enough.

Really? Sorry then. I just can't get into it. The first time I heard it, during the soft piano part, I thought it could be one of their greatest. Then the rest of the song got very spacey and guitary and repetitive. I just lost my love for it then. Im not trying to ruin it for you or anything, I just dont like it much.
