Haha, in all honesty I'm a fairly cheap person. I freak out if I spend over $40 on anything. :laugh3: Even though I have a job, I still hold myself back from buying the things I want.

Well, it was stupid of me to use the word "prom" as it isn't. It's a yearly galla party/ball at my "high school", but yes it is in March. I have a cold now because I was freezing while waiting to get in. :confused: It was a great night though, much fun. :D People looked so good in dresses and smokings.

Mmm, i had a good day. I took my old school books to a bookstore and they gave me 170€ so i (of course) went shopping haha.

 

I bought a cute black dress,a grey/white striped cardigan and 2 cute bags from H&M, a new wallet, a cute flowery top, leggings, belt..etc :cheesy:

It feels good to have some nice stuff to wear..it also makes me feel a bit bad 'cause i spent more than half of the money i got..err.. let's just forget that and be happy!

I got my black flats from H&M for like $12.90, though I got them last year and they were one of those seasonal items, so don't know if they'd have them now.

i think it's a bit ridiculous that they don't have a US site and that they don't ship store-to-store. i know it's a european company, but it's become so big here that i think they need to up their services a bit...it would only help them in the end.

I got an print vest the other day because I love the print (it's black and white, 80s style) but I don't know how wear it. Thing is it makes me look fat if I don't wear it with a waist belt. Any suggestions what kind of belt I could wear with it?

A couple strange fashions I noticed about the ladies today when around town doing some shopping (as in more than 5 different girls wearing similar).

 

1 - girls showing their stomachs (smallish top plus trousers)

2 - girls wearing what appears to be a plain tee-shirt underneath a knee-length low-cut dress.

 

Not like I was counting or looking though :P

 

these days i be mainly wearing something like , a nice long-sleeve v-neck tee-shirt with buttons to button up the top plus buttons on the sleeves so you can roll them up if you doing something where having rolled up sleeves are better.

 

I would guess it's light to wear, thin enough not to get overheated in the sun plus the lower arms are protected from getting burned.

oh, and showing one's belly is soooooo 90's! i guess they don't do it on purpose, though, do they? their shirts are probably just too small...
