how i know that my teacher likes them? cuz we did a pin-hole (which is a kinda photographic machine that we made with a card box. strange? well, i did pretty good black and white photos with it) and in the box's back i did the X&Y's artwork and wrote COLDPLAY 4EVER above it. and he told me:

-hey, crazy about Coldplay, ham?!" - and I answered him:

-Of course!

it was the time of Violet Hill's free download and he said:

-do you know that they have a special thing in their site?;)

-oh, yeah! i have it since the first day. it's awesome!!

and he blinked to me :D:D:D:D

~My sister couldn't stand them back when I bought Parachutes, but by the time I bought AROBTTH she got on board.

~ My brother held out that they were boring until I bought X&Y, suddenly he couldn't stop listening to it, and within a few months he was listening to all three albums. He now is constantly either listening to Coldplay or trying to play their music himself on the piano. You can hear him screeching the lyrics to the scientist off key through the house.

~My Father is a mild sorta fan. He has a handful of songs on his ipod from each album except Viva, which he thinks only has one good song. And hes tagged along to a few shows.

~My mother is weird. At first she contended she couldn't stand them. Shes now through constant exposure to their music admitted their talented but not her thing, and sometimes says odd things like "Gwyneth did good" lol.

my mom liked them, i still remember when she called me to tell me that a concert of them was on the tv and we watched it together and she was like "wtf" when chris played the piano how he does it :wink3: but it was funny. :P

my dad likes them, he liked them since the begin because he said that they resemble to some other musicians that he likes, and well two weeks ago we went to see them in Barcelona. :D but he doesn't know about their lyrics...

the rest of the family (mainly my young cousins) use to make jokes with them and trying to bother me with that, and same goes with my friends.. that is not good as i respect their musical tastes even if i dislike them.. well. :dozey:

i just discovered after the concert that a neigbourg like them two, and some teachers like them too, although they like the songs and didn't knew too much with band played it... :uhoh: once i got the The Scientist was played on an english class

My mum, dad, aunt, and sister either don't really care or don't know I like them...and don't really care. XD

My brother liked them at first, then I made him listen to VLVODAAHF, and then he said they sounded like Radiohead. I said yeah, 'cause they like Radiohead, and they're trying to be like them (though I believe they have their own sound all of their own). After I said that, he was like, "Ew, I don't like Coldplay anymore."

I don't really care. I love having them all to myself in this house. :D

My mom hardly knows any music... but she knows I'm into coldplay and is supportive about it...

My dad likes them even thought about going to the concert with me but decided against it...

my sis Likes them Alot but not as much as I do and not for as long as I have..she is prepared to sit inline at the Ahoy early for me, and also offered to go stalking with me in antwerp... Yesterday she asked me when we were going to paris to go and takes pics of us at the delacroix painting (so I'm guessing soon)

My brother in law is actually a nice story... pretty soon after we first met our conversation was about music and we got onto coldplay, he asked me if I went to the concert at the Ahoy in 2003... But I didn't, I really wanted to but I couldn't find anybody to go with me (my sister wasn't into them at that point) pretty soon after that I found out about X&Y coming out and the new tour coming up and I told him and he said: well we are going aren't we?! and I was like: HELL YEAH! so we got tickets and went to the concert together. He got my sister into them as well, and when I won tickets to go see Coldplay at the brixton I invited My brother in law to come along... ( this is why he owes me to death)

My boyfriend... well he's not a hater.. he just isn't that much in to music at all, he's supportive and was the one to say I should ask my brother in law to come along with me to london, if he wasn't able to go than naturally my boyfriend would have, He's going with me to the concert, but lately I;ve been pushing my boundries on coldplaying and now... well he's starting to dislike my addiction and therefore he might dislike coldplay...

My mom hates COLDPLAY... Look for the error...

And My Dad loves COLDPLAY Their last gig was (Paris Bercy the 9th September) for him one of the most beautiful moment of its life ! He asked me to make him a compilation and as soon as a song passes on the radio he takes up the sound !

My sister LOVES them, my brother likes them, and my mum like some songs. My dad don't really care for music at all. But it is only my sister and I who are really into music in our home. We often discuss Coldplay and other music together and listen to it. Usually we play music on the computer so the whole house can hear it. We have had some bad reactions on it but there are no Coldplay-haters here so it's ok.

They ALL (Brother, Sister, Mom, Dad, Cousins, Brother-In-Law).. think im obsessed..

ahah..

but my brother likes them. he's the one that took me to the concert.. so hes still alright.. but he does think im 'overly' obsessed.. psht, whatever that means

wow lucky you! I wish my teacher would be a fan!

every teacher should be fans! at least, they wouldn't be so boring...:D imagine that they'll bring a Coldplay CD to the classroom?! :D:D:D:D:laugh3: i would get crazy:rolleyes:

once, in my Portuguese class, we did a party. it was the 100th lesson and our teacher let us doing a party. so we brought the school's radio to the class... and turned it on in some radio station. YELLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was so so so so so happy!!!! i just jumped and jumped and jumped!! and sang, of course. i didn't realized the figure that i was doing, so all my class partners were staring at me... gosh i was so embarrassed! but, hey, what can't i do 4 Coldplay? it was 4 a good cause;) so, i dont mind! and after all, a friend of mine start to like Coldplay since that day! what a victory!!!

The whole family (3 of us) love COLDPLAY and we all have attended the concert in Paris-Bercy on 9th of Sept. We've got all their CDs and some DVDs recorded on television.:D

LOL it's been a while since the last time i've been here

anyway my mother had a funny quote a couple of days ago:

mom: Avia, what is the name of the new coldplay song

Avia: what? violet hill or VLV?

mom: you know... the song with the hammers. (WHAT?!)

Avia: VLV?

mom: that's the song

LOL I think she ment drumms and not hammers... that was stupid

my dad LOVE them

he always puts X&Y while he is driving

not just coldplay, he love every artist that i love: Pink floyd, U2, Peter Gabriel, Led Z.

the only thing my sister likes in coldplay is the video of the scientist when chris is walking backwards.

and the new album.

*a bit long but nevermind*

My mother knows I'm obsessed with them but doesn't listen to them, my father isn't bothered but he just tells me I should continue listening to more classical music instead of Coldplay and the other stuff I listen to...although he likes the orchestrated parts in many of CP's songs !

and my sisters don't listen to them...

WEll, my mom and dad don't know much about Coldplay, but I played Clocks on the piano, and dad loved the melodi :D!

Brother - Is starting to listen to the more and more, it's great :D!

Sister - She doesn't mind them, likes them a bit!

LOL it's been a while since the last time i've been here

My dad thinks they are alright but is sick of me going on about them :p, and my mum's the same.

My twin brother hates them (well he doesn't really like any music!)

and my older brother likes some of their songs....

*sigh*

THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE MISSING!

I am not hard core fan and I just started to listen them with more intensity than before. My mom noticed it especially after the concert so she asked me everything about them (she's full of information now haha)... well, I was huge RHCP fan so they know everything about them (names, albums, songs..) but they're still learning about coldplay.

and it's cool that my sister gave me their original cd - viva la vida

husband - u only listen to those guys? (he refuses to say Coldplay). .... that monkey ... (when hes talking about Chris). .... they look like homeless people ... (when he sees a picture of them). so i think he doesnt like Coldplay

older daughter - loves VLV, their best song she says. well the only nice song they have, she says :S

younger daughter - went with me to their concert in 2005, she kinda likes them and know some lyrics. shes the one who calls me when they r on tv or on the radio :D

friends - pff ive to repeat and repeat C O L D P L A Y when im talking about them.

clients - i have a poster on my shop window. they keep asking me "who is this band? the beatles?" :veryangry2:

clients - i have a poster on my shop window. they keep asking me "who is this band? the beatles?" :veryangry2:

:cool4: cool, you have a poster on your job?

yep i have :D. i want to make something with the butterflies to put in the car but still dont know what.

btw im wearing my VLV tshirt :D. at the airport, when we were coming back from koln, the guy who was checking our bags looked at me (i was wearing it on that day too) and said hmmm Coldplay ah?? i was like :| yeah Coldplay!!! felt so happy he knew Coldplay lol

I am the biggest Coldplay fan in my family.

So my father. He likes Coldplay,I can talk hours and hours with him about Coldplay. And he let me do everything, because he knows who is that band and he likes their music very very much.

My mother is not a big fan of Coldplay, but she likes their music. When we were in Coldplay concert she said that she started to cry at the beginning of it.

My older sister she likes Coldplay too.

And my another sister likes Coldplay too.She is going crazy when Viva La Vida song and Death And All His Friend song sounds. She says that those songs are amazing.

So I could say that my all family knows who is Coldplay and I forgot to mention my uncle,he listen just to Coldplay too.
