Hello fellow Coldplay enthusiasts. While I have enjoyed Coldplay's latest offerings (and eagerly await the upcoming Prospekt's March EP) I have grown tired of waiting for a Studio Release of "Ladder to the Sun" which is among the greatest Coldplay songs ever.

 

I feel it's time us fans all take action and let the band know how much we all want a Studio version of the song. Please sign the online petition which I have created, and help attain the ambitious goal of One Million signatures. Hopefully it helps get the wheels moving for what I worry might never happen otherwise. Thank-you all!

While I too think this is one their greatest neglected gems, its been so long since they wrote it I really doubt it will ever see the light of day.

Sure, it's been awhile. But it's still worth a shot.

If we're serious about this, Chris and Co. will take notice!

This will never happen, it's a great song though. Not only has it been too long as Majgirl said but I just think this is exactly the kind of sound they are trying to move away from.

Is this a true bayonet?

 

Has anyone ever seen this knife before and can it really be used on a bayonet? It is said that it can fit together with a AK47 rifle. Maybe it is a copy of some old military knife that was used back in one of the wars? The website that it is on is http://www.lducompany.com I am wondering if it can fit on any other types of guns or rifles. Does it look like something that would be used by Chinese, Koreans, or Russians. I have to sign this petition, the song is absolutely brilliant!

i will agree, the tune is good

however they will need to fix it up a bit for sure

but it has potential

i bet it is just one of those songs that were a live special

like pour me, except that got a single release, i would have liked to see a studio version though

This song is Easily one of my favorite songs by Coldplay....and I like them All!!

Would Love to have this song but, I believe he gave this and 'Moses' to Gwyneth....

 

....they were among Coldplay's 1st songs that Chris wrote Specifically for her....

Not sure Ladder To The Sun was for Gwyn looking back because of all that Green Eyes girl fuss, and that Chris can play it now... that was early 2003 but who knows it might be.
