BoredTerry
Does it seem to you that the instrumental music used in LiT II is different from that of LiT I? It sounds like they changed something, but I can't quite say what it is.
Batman
Does it seem to you that the instrumental music used in LiT II is different from that of LiT I? It sounds like they changed something, but I can't quite say what it is. Yes I agree with you. Though I don't have much knowledge about music stuff, I'd say they used more synchs and guitar-sounds in the background, but I'm just an amateur:D Btw I blended these two songs together to one, you can check it in the multimedia section, and then you can clearly hear the difference between the used instruments. ricardo
yes you are right, more electric guitar sounds on the background and piano.... I wasn't expecting this but LIT II is better than LIT instrumental !

Guest Hyperfried
Simply put - LIT II appears to be LIT I with some overlays - keyboard, maybe a bit more synth/distortion, and electric guitar. And vocals of course.
forcin
I definitely hear more strings in this version
Tnspieler1012
Well remember that we're starting at the bridge to the second verse. Typically artists will change things up, so the verses don't sound exactly the same. In this case there's the awesome piano at the beginning and probably some different stuff on the keyboard as well. ApproximatelyInfinite
yeah, i notice subtle differences too. i think it's probably just a different mix, with other parts included to make it longer like the oracle said it will be. this is the most epic song i have ever heard :dead:. and chris's vocals are amazing. Mystik Rose
A different mix or not, I ADORE this song! I can't stop listening to it. I have it on continuous loop. :laugh3: LOVE Chris' vocals. Especially when he sings, "I can hear it coming, like a serenade of sound. Now my feet won't touch the ground." *sigh*

walewein
I love LiT2. It sounds really epic, just the way I like it. Epic and grand, a little bombastic but not overdone. I hope it is longer in time than LiT 1 though.

The Escapist
LITII was made for lyrics but the instrumental version is brilliant as well. I can't wait to hear the full version of it though.
Bigquestions
Considering, we never got the studio version of 'World Turns Upside Down'....Yes, we got 'The World Turned Upside Down' but, we never got 'World Turns Upside Down'. davebrown19
I agree with all the posts........ EPIC is the coldplaying.com agreed description of LIT ii!!!! All the versions i hear that people have created are superb! The music alone was good enough to be the opener of the biggest band in the worlds album....... they have now improved that, added some cracking lyrics and Chris' superb vocal ability comes in to play again. I cannot wait for this song. It is so hard to pick a favourite Coldplay song........ but this could be it. Such an uplifting song. I've been playing the versions that include the preview in my car the last few days... pumping it up loud and belting the lyrics out! Makes my spine tingle thinking about hearing it live!!!!!!!!!
