February 9, 200917 yr I wish I had known that I could have turned this darned thing off two-and-a-half hours earlier. Now that my initial RAGE has subsided and is now morphing into the slightly more rational POST-RAGE, at least the band can now say they have won a Grammy for Song of the Year. Their two biggest songs have won Record and Song, respectfully. Sadly, I think it may take until Chris and the gang start having chunks of skin droop from their faces like Robert Plant until they are recognized as "legends" by the academy. Same with Radiohead.
February 9, 200917 yr Congratulations to Coldplay for winning 3 Grammy's !! I'm so disappointed that they didn't win Best album and Best record, but especially for the best album. I couldn't help but laugh when they announced Plant and Krauss's win, beause the majority of the audience was not cheering, and when she was accepting they were talking! So ha ha to that. I'm sure everyone expected Coldplay to win (I did of course :) ). Ahhhh, Coldplay.....:D
February 9, 200917 yr The Grammy voters tend to go with the older, blander type music. T-Bone Burnett has won a ton of Grammy's before. Maybe Coldply should hire him, and then they can make bland, country-ish, underwhelming music and win! I'm sure every person in that place as soon as they said "the Grammy goes to... Allison..." all at the same time got up and went "well, ya ready to get outta here?" and left in the middle of her speech

February 9, 200917 yr Surely I am disappointed as well that they didn't win all of the Grammy's they were nominated for or at least more than 3 but I guess we can be pretty proud on the guys on winning so many at all ... When they were asked at 'Wetten, dass ...?!?' for their predictions they replied anything between zero and one Grammy was great so I am quite sure they are more than pleased with it themselves!! You've really made us all pround, guys!!! :) Thank you!!

February 9, 200917 yr Fucking bullshit violet hill didn't win. Only reason Kings of Leon Sex on Fire won is becuase they didn't give VH airplay. I never heard that song on the radio.
