February 4, 200917 yr I'm pissed off. Seriously. The boys are gonna be in a shit mood at the Grammy's. Can anyone elaborate on this "being served" thing. ITs funny cause I watched the first like 20 minutes of Pineapple Express yesterday. And if it's anything like how Seth Rogen did it, they'll have a hard time avoiding "getting served" Being served means being handed the legal papers that say who is suing you, why, and so forth. You are either served by attorneys or court officials, though I believe court officials do it more often. It is easy to get served if you live in the country where the lawsuit is filed, but this is not the case. Court officials and lawyers can not serve legal papers in countries since it is outside of their jurisdiction. Once the band lands in the US then they are able to get served with the legal papers because it is here that the lawsuit was filed and where it will be settled.

It's a job for people who failed at everything else in life

So if Coldplay never came to USA ever again, would they not have to deal with the lawsuit ever?
February 5, 200917 yr Lol... oh okay. So if Coldplay never came to USA ever again, would they not have to deal with the lawsuit ever? Teeeechnically... but I would NOT want that!
February 5, 200917 yr They'll get the papers when they stop by in the US next. They aren't going to drop everything for some Sadtriani guy that wants attention. He's not helping his case by chasing the boys down camera crew and all, he's making it worse. By doing so just proves he's being unprofessional. This guy needs to call the WAAAHmbulance. Honestly. "Dagger through my heart!" and then hunting down the boys rather publicly at the GRAMMYS of all places, nobody is thick enough to believe that. In other news, I giggled manically when I noticed I had mispelt "publicly" as "pubicly". I prove yet again, I am silly.

February 5, 200917 yr Let's all go to the grammy's and stalk the cameracrews:smug: Should be fun, haha ^^ Everytime the boys show up, form a wall of people or something. In spite of me living relatively close to L.A., I stated that I'd rather not stalk the gang on Grammy night in fear of being mowed down by mob rule. But now? I'm suddenly tempted to do it; not to mob the band, but rather to be their blockade against the lawyers. How, you ask? By using the one thing that lawyers fear more than anything else - OTHER LAWYERS. Although, having those very lawyers get sued for harrassment might be quite ironic indeed... Before I said that Joe Satriani probably has better things to do and that he shouldn't waste his time with the process, but not only has this latest press release made him look like a dickhole, but it gives the vibe of him just being a loon. Posting podcast's about it, now going to haunt the band in LA how more immature can you get? Luckily I will be in town :) Haha! So c'mon. Who's up for a throw down???:laugh3: .
February 5, 200917 yr I have no clue who Joe Satriani is. I was so looking forward to watching the guys at the Grammy's Sunday, but thanks to this tool ... probably won't be. What a waste:clown:
February 5, 200917 yr Damn , i wish i could go.... I just think the whole thing is a waste of time. If you notice Chris's voice sounds like Satriani's guitar. When he says " rule the world" thats the only part that sounds like Satriani's guitar. But let me make one thing clear to the lawyers. You CANNOT compare a voice with an instrument.
February 5, 200917 yr I think theres a simple solution to this case: Joe Satriani can go fuck himself. ... ... Problem solved!!! :D :D :D
February 5, 200917 yr I think theres a simple solution to this case: Joe Satriani can go fuck himself. ... ... Problem solved!!! :D :D :D  Really wise words Chris!
February 5, 200917 yr That may be difficult anatomically but I think something can be figured out
February 5, 200917 yr Us and Chris and the boys have a little message to deliver to Joe as well :smug:

February 5, 200917 yr In the Alternate Music Universe, things work differently!:laugh3: Plagiarism is a worthy profession, and a plagiarist can sue those who do not willfully copy the works of others! As a result, alternative universe's Johnny is being sued by a famous old plagiarist, for not copying someone else's work. The courts in the alternative universe naturally find the defendant guilty until proven innocent beyond a reasonable shadow of a doubt. The jury is in session; the (dis)honorable Boss Tweed presiding. :P I read this like 4 times before completely understand  hahhaha hilarious :laugh3:
February 5, 200917 yr I know, I know - Twisted!:laugh3: But it does highlight the absurdities; where the two universes intersect.
