and especially this:

in this one i can imagine myself's running to the stage! :D

:D

I hate this stadium. It's the stadium of a football league rivale ;)

I like it just the Coldplay gig :)

im not interested in Bundesliga, but yeah, if you live near to Berlin its sure that you hate stadium in Hannover :D

but still love this stadium just because of coldplay's show :D

:D

Which team do you support? The "old lady" Hertha? :D

I love the AWD dome! I've been there on a away game of my favourite football club once. :nice: We've walked the part between main railway station and stadium though so I hope there's a tube or tramline stop next to it. ;)

Hannover 96 isn't bad, although there's a big rivalry between Bremen and Hannover. But teams like Bayern Munich, Schalke 04 or Hamburger SV are worse, absolutely. :P

This is going to be my first time in the stadium ... (although I actually like football  )

But I still like to refer to it as the Niedersachsenstadion ... don't like all these sponsor names. :veryangry2:

can anybody tell me : is hannover a nice, interesting city? : > because im from poland and i dont know if i should go there earlier and see sth :p

Well, it depends on what you're used to. ;) I like it here, but there are probably some people who will tell you it's Germany's most boring city, but I guarantee you: It's not.

It's modern and therefore looks sometimes rather ugly, but there are some nice places to visit, like the Herrenhäuser Gärten (victorian gardens), the Maschsee (close to the stadium) etc. :)

indeeeeed!

why people's saying that the most boring city in Germany, hm ? : >

Yeah, I agree. I'm glad my team still plays at the Weserstadion! :D

Well it's said to be the most boring city in Germany, but I don't really know why. :D

Haven't been to Hannover a lot, but as far as I remember it's a really nice city with a big park near the stadium and the Maschsee lake. The pedestrian zone isn't bad either. There's a new big shooping centre called "Ernst-August-Galerie" with more than 150 shops next to the main railway station. ;)

oh thank you so much ::):)

oh, and i have question! its about sth special in this concert! im talking about prepare sth in a standing area. for example when U2 was in Poland people prepared something really cool! people in standing area had a stuff in red color and people in seating area had a white stuff (i hope you understand me, its so hard to explain it for me right now :P)and its of course polish national flag :p you can see it here: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nq-Aiz-G4Iw]YouTube - U2 - The Story Of The Flag[/ame]

i know there is no way to prepare Germany's flag, because three colors is hard to do(besides i dont want to do it :d), but we can do sth special for them!

what do you think ?

Of course I support Hertha BSC :D I'm a fan since many years but this season it's easier to be a fan of they ;)

Oh and I really hate Bayern and Schalke :D

Moin moin!

Vielen Dank!;)

Hello to you all! .. actually, this post here is first and foremost addressed to the Coldplay fans in Germany.

As I as well am going to see Coldplay (for the very first time) in Hannover I would like to get a bit more information about this Lower-Saxony ticket you were talking about on the first page

Thannk youu!

Hey, you can buy this ticket directly at the train station and then you're able to use it the whole day. You can either buy a Lower-Saxony ticket for a single or a Lower-Saxony ticket for a group up to 5 people. It get's cheaper the more persons you are. You only can use it from 9 am though, but till 3 am on the next day.

And remember to write down your name on the ticket.

That's it :)

Tere päevast! :D

If you'd only like to travel inside of Hannover, you don't really need a Lower Saxony ticket. Check up your concert ticket. If it says on the right side "Karte=Fahrschein ab 3 Std. vor Veranst.-Beginn bis Betriebsschl. für alle Verkehrsmittel des GVH (DB + der metronom 2. Klasse) gültig." it actually means that you're allowed to use public transport in Hannover for free 3 hours before the concert (which would be 4pm if I'm right) until closing hour.

Apart from that the Lower Saxony ticket is a good value for money, no doubt.

:)

If you need any more information...

A great great thank you to you both! ;)

I was just chekin' the prices in order to compare. But these websites were actually a great help, so I'll definitely remember them, in case I will once again travel to Germany which I sincerely hope
