In about 10 hours, the festivities in DC will start, so happy day to our American Coldpklayers! How are you going to celebrate?

 

Our local Brew Pub is putting on a special beer called 'Obama's Bushwhacked Ale'. LOL. THey're also serving some of Obama's favorite foods and showing the new coveragge. It should be a blast! I'm amazed at all the celebrations here in Canada, and around the world. I hope he can live up to all the pressure and expectations. He's not going to be perfect, but he's the best you've had in decades.

I have to work, but I'm taping the inauguration. I'm so excited to finally have a President that I can be proud of. I know he will make mistakes, but the fact that he can complete a sentence is already a good start!

I am rooting for him, too. He certainly has his word cut out for him.

hmm I did a lot more on election day.. I made Obama cupcakes.. and made myself an Obama shirt... and for dinner I made "Chili for Change" ..

but today, I'll probably just watch CNN all day... although I did just change my desktop picture to this...

 

 

I will be watching with the world live here in Australia. A historic day is upon us.

I'm so happy for all you Americans, Obama is such an intelligent man. He's going to be a great president! And you all deserve him, after 8 years Bush...

 

I wish we had a leader like him in Belgium. Although he's not the president of my country I'm a fan of him haha (well, he is a bit of a world leader). I will be in front of my TV in a couple of hours, I won't miss a thing of the inauguration.
