SpicyLaura Amazing Coldplay concert. Just amazing.

Oh my god. Coldplay, in Winnipeg. It finally happened! Whoa. Awesome show, loved when they went to the back of the crowd and sang songs. The stage/set/fun stuff/confetti/ yellow balloons/ hanging globes/ and strobe lights - incredible. I loose my breathe thinking about the show - Chris Johnny Will Guy - all in Winnipeg - and I was there!

Also - did anyone catch that guy synchronizing cheers at the very beginning? Typical Winnipegger in a crowd of people. (It was after the break dancing stage hand, but before the show)

Anyone have recordings/pictures to share?

We recorded the whole concert in High definition video and also separate lossless audio from Row 6 right next to the stage (Johnny's side) We'll be uploading them on Dime in the next few days for anyone who torrents! Now back to Edmonton for Thursday night, and Vancouver on Saturday - YAYYY.

:bigcry:

my pictures didnt turn out :\

This review will have to do for now, my head is still buzzing.

The show was SO AWESOME.

I thought Snow Patrol was really good until coldplay came out.

They. are. amazing.

I think I started crying when i saw them on the stage

Chris was just like rolling around on the floor the whole time and he sang the first line of I Kissed A Girl.

The C-stage turned out to be right way below us and everyone in our section started freaking out.

I swear, if I could only go to one show in my life, it would have to be a Coldplay show.

They do so much to make their shows great and nobody else even comes close :P

Oh and sorry Perrine, nothing lucky happened. :P

(but it felt like it did)

I didn't think I could love Chris Martin or Coldplay any more, but I do.

It was the best concert ever, and it was my first one :P

Please do when you have a minute... thanks! Surprised from row 6 no one gave you any problems... but good for you! :)

It was the best concert ever, and it was my first one :P

And I know it won't be your last one!!!!!!!!

Glad you had fun

They didn't seem to care about cameras, there were flashes coming from the crowd the whole show :D

I even had a security gu ignore me when he was right in front of me and i was taking pictures

Most of the time they are ok with taking pictures. You are allowed to bring in a point-and-shoot, but not a big professional camera like DSLRs etc. Video-wise they are more particular!

And I know it won't be your last one!!!!!!!!

Glad you had fun

it definately wont :D

thanks :nice:

I wish it was still happening. I guess I have to get Youtube working and watch it over and over :P

I've had problems with taking pictures at MTS... but that was in part because I was in the first row with a security guy standing in front of me the whole concert so I had no way of even concealing it. Bascially he had no way to "save face" when I was standing there snapping shots right in front of him so he had to tell me to stop. But in general they are cool with cameras.

But kudos for taking audio/video... that takes a lot of guts get one of those in and use from row 6! Can't wait to see/hear it and thank you so much in advance!!! Glad my DIME account is in good standing with a 2.50 u/d ratio! :)

Aww I'm glad you had a blast !

Anyway you're already lucky to have seen them :nice:

Sure it won't be your last one !

Haha I absolutely wanna see a vid of Chris singing I Kissed a girl :D

I know he meant he kissed a boy (J :P) and he liked it :sneaky:

Also - did anyone catch that guy synchronizing cheers at the very beginning? Typical Winnipegger in a crowd of people. (It was after the break dancing stage hand, but before the show)

That was me. Glad to entertain the masses.

My life goal is to claim The Blue Danube from Stanley Kubrick and make it my own.
