i listen to a lot of coldplay before i go to bed, but usually its sparks, we never change, till kingdom come, lost? or something else.

I just put my entire Coldplay collection on shuffle before I go to sleep...well I do that at all points of the day, but I guess the point is that many Coldplay songs are just mellow enough to play before bed and the ones that aren't I hit skip when they come up. Either way I go to bed with a smile on my face.

See You Soon, Gravity, Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground, and Lovers In Japan (Acoustic). I have a CD of those that I listen to each night before bed.

It alternates between Viva La Vida, Fix You, or 42. Actually, most nights, it's 42 ^_^

Chinese Sleep Chant works for me because I keep on saying sleeeeep in my head and sleep SATISFIED . It just works it just does

currently prospekt's march. but depending on how my day was... gravity is one of the faves too.

Prefer Embrace's version personally, it is just fabulous. Embrace - A fantastic band.

If I put VLVODAAHF on my I-pod when I get in to bed, I usually drift off when "Lost" starts, stir again towards the end of "42" and fall asleep completely by the time "Reign of Love" starts.

If I'm still properly awake for "Yes", I know it's going to be a bad nights sleep...

Amsterdam.

It can mellow me out pretty much at any point in the day; when I'm really stressing out, I listen to it, reeeally listen, and by the end I'm all :wacky::dead::nice:

Lately for me its been Litii or Glass of Water

Before I go to bed, it has to be any ballad by them.... Gravity... Warning Sign...Fix You... The Scientist, Amsterdam... See You Soon... Proof... But mostly Gravity... :D

Yeah same, something slow and lullaby-ish ...lately it's been Lhuna (even though that's a collaboration song, it does the job) but I've also listened to Spies, See You Soon, High Speed, Trouble, Postcards from Far Away...very soothing stuff!

I try to listen to Coldplay interviews or whatever before I go to sleep.

Because I've noticed every time I do that, I like multiple Coldplay dreams. It's great.

usually it's fix you to fall asleep

and viva la vida is best to stand up for a real shit-day...

it motivates you in a way.

i already said in here that its usually see you soon or fix you but i forgot to say death and all his friends.

always clocks, maybe see you soon or prospekt's march, though

well, it changes all the time, lately it has been "i'll see you soon" the live version from 2003 dvd...

  • 3 months later...

I always listen to "For You" before going to sleep at night. It really relaxes me...

prolly a warning sign for me...but then i get it stuck in my head and can't fall asleep anyways
