disappointed I didn't see the cd's

 

I was at Wembley yesterday and thought the show was fantastic but didn't see the cd's on the way out, we went out towards Wembley central from behind the stage.

I would be really grateful if anyone has a spare they would be willing to part with.

I've sent almost all of mine out.....

 

.....instead of picking recievers at random I decided to pick them by geographic likely hood that the Coldplayers in need would ever get to a show.

 

For example: request from a Coldplayer from Jakarta, Indonesia.....you get one....Ulaan Bator, Mongolia?....definitely getting one, etc.

 

The weirdest thing is I decided to just go ahead and pay the shipping myself, more hassle than it's worth to try to get reinbursed right?

Wow, even more than I thought...the most I had to pay to the farthest flung place was 3 bucks and change. I think it's so weird that I can send a CD pretty much half way 'round the world for the price of a Venti Starbucks Latte.

 

Anyway I stuck some butterflies in with the CDs & I got lots of adorable "thank-you"s and it was really fun to do.

 

I encourage anyone with extras to ignore the urge to sell them on ebay give 'em out instead...you'll make new friends around the world, spread the Coldplaying love and probably rack up some good ColdplayingKarma in the meantime!!

 

Aww. That's really sweet. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for someone to send one to me... I'm all the way in Malaysia. :(

If any one could help me out in getting a copy of the live cd i would be very happy, I went to the Manchester show and i asked at the merchandise stall on the way out and the lady at the stall didn't have a clue about the cd so i left it at that and went to my car.

Hi there. I'm a newbie in need of some help.

 

Me, my dad and my girlfriend were at the gig at Wembley yesterday, and on the way out we were looking desperately for anybody who either had LRLRL CDs to hand out, or anybody who had been handed one, and were quite disappointed to see neither :( After browsing these forums, it seems we weren't not the only ones either, so I wonder whether they were stopped from handing the CDs out...

 

Anywho, if anybody's got two or three spare, I'd love it if you could help us out. My name's Gavin from Grantham, Lincs in the UK, and I'll gladly pay for postage and packing. I am desperate to receive something which Coldplay didn't seem to give out yesterday.

Mmm... I hear ya Tonsu, but I'm not sure whether to put you on there. You've already got one... some others don't even have that. For the moment you're not on there, but if there's a Southern America tour with albums handed out perhaps I will add you back on.

 

Also, crossing fingers for SA tour because quite frankly there isn't enough Providers to please everyone!

That's what I am about to do as well/or have already done so in the past. :)

 

Don't want to upset people but I won't send any to the US as I think they've got most of the shows anyway so the spares I have will go to 'exotic locations' with no concerts in that area at all or to locations where the handing out started afterwards (i.e. Australia)

Also I will only pick people who have posted on here before 'cause I noticed that many people just subscribed or registered on the forum to get a CD. My preferences are with those who have kind of 'contributed' to the forum before. ;)

 

Sorry in case this comes across as picky, but I guess those people deserve it in the first place :)
